I was impressed by this hotel because the rooms were very nice, clean, plenty of bottled water, etc. The staff were very helpful in resolving my issues and checkin and checkout were quick. I really liked the breakfast buffet as well. There was a nightclub in the same building as the hotel which was quite popular. It was easy to get Uber straight to the hotel entrance. Wi-Fi worked well.

Mosquitoes flying around the lobby. Yuck. The location is in New Mumbai, so it’s not in the heart of the city. Nothing really is within walking distance but the Uber can take you to the center of New Mumbai in a few minutes. Old Mumbai is about 30-60 minutes away depending on traffic.

House Keeping staff is extraordinary. Particularly Rajesh Gautam & Mr. Paul were outstanding. Guests need prompt service and space while cleaning. Rajesh Gautam is too good. Keep it up. It's because of people like Mr. Gautam at housekeeping that stays become memorable.

Slow service at the kitchen during breakfasts. Time gap during order placed and actually delivered is quiet irritating. Waiters are little less prompt and sort of lost. Need to upgrade their responsiveness at buffet breakfast hours.

stay was absolutely amazing, with great staff quick check-in and check-out, spacious room and a complimentary upgrade is always the best when it's least expected. The staff is very courteous, and it is visible that they have been trained well.

Courteous & Polite staff, good in all aspects, the stay was nice, rooms were also good. Shout out to Ritesh at Reception, Sonal, and Rahul at the restaurant for making my stay worth it. There are lots of places in the hotel to hang out......

The hotel rooms were tranquil, all the room requests were well taken care of, Comp refreshments to a good spacious room, and even the process of checking in was smooth & quick.. The upgrade to the room was just which was unexpected. small things like these make your stay wonderful....

STAFF :- EXCELLENT, FOOD :- GOOD, SERVICES:- NICE ROOM:- BIG AND NICE. Staff was very kind and generous to get me a good room and a free upgrade, all the services from entering the hotel to the breakfast to the check out was very good, will be visiting again soon.

Nothing to complaint... Just observations if breakfast spread could be on a table, platform little lower... Slightly high for avg height person such as myself... Bathroom certain egdes need work rest all great 👍👍👍

It is always a pleasure staying at this place, the services are all good the hotel staff is very courteous, and always welcoming with a smile. Good staff and good people, never a disappointment.
