Wonderful stay at Eros Nehru Place as always Generally prefer to stay here since I have lots of close friends close by and also since it is located very close to my College ( Deshbandhu College,Kalkaji ) from where I did Pre Med in 1977 - 78 before joining Medical College for MBBS and MD Very professional , understanding and dedicated staff Special appreciation for the drivers Mritun Pal and Pankaj who picked and dropped me from and to the Delhi Airport as well as Mr Gosain and Mr Manmohan who understood my specific request for the vehicles and route due to some urgent and important work Also a word of appreciation for Mr Amit Anand FOM alongwith Tathagat and Anjali for their help coordination and understanding of specific requirements Rather I found most of the staff very professional and caring Kudos to Mr Davindar Juj for his leadership and guidance to the staff to ensure that they go into details to ensure that the guests are comfortable and their needs taken care of properly Keep it up Would love to visit again soon Best Wishes Dr B P Singh Chandigarh 9463603367 singhdrbp5@gmail.com

Great food. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, and we really liked the spread and taste of the food. Staff could have been more cheering, but never the less, we enjoyed the ambience there. It is at a prime location and the view from our room was amazing, with a glimpse of panoramic lotus temple sight at the horizon. Room was comfortable and matched our expectations.

Somehow felt staff at restaurant could have been little bit more cheerful. At times, they were more indulge in themselves rather than at guest. Approaching pathway towards reception is bit of a slope, so elderly people might find it difficult while walking back. At peak hours, a traffic condition develops at the entrance.

The hotel is an island of peace in the buzzling neighborhood. The room was large and well equipped with everything needed. I enjoyed alot the excellent pillows and linen for sleeping, the air conditioner not blowing directly on the bed! And I was sad for not having the time to enjoy and relax at the large pool. The breakfast had a very good variety. I will come again for sure.

Hotel is actually a 4* and not the claimed 5*. But, I enjoyed it anyway. I did not like so much the bathroom tubes used also for shower: here the owner should install easy walk-in and modern shower places. Nothing else to note as unpleasant

Location is the main reason I booked this hotel as it is closer to Lotus temple. Bonus there is a complex adjascent where we can find different variety of foods. Closer to Metro and Cinemas that's a plus. Easily accessible buy Uber so good one too. Lobby was good, evening live piano music near the bar is awesome. Swimming pool is neat and tidy, sad we get time to get a dip. Plus open grass area to freshen up mind. Good place to spend couple of nights. Provided complimentary room upgrade to my booking.

At this cost, in metro city, I cant complain any. I didnt try the food there, hence no comments. But, I tried at cake shop which is part of EROS. We tried TEA, PUFF and CAKE. PUFF was ok, Cake was good. But, TEA is not good. I dont take it as from EROS standards.

The room was cozy, and beautiful. Bathroom has bathtub. All the amenities were provided. The pool area was amazing with a lush green lawn. We enjoyed the pool with our kids. The lunch and breakfast at Blooms restaurant was good. Thanks

However I feel some live grill counters, chaat counter should be added in lunch, and more options in breakfast buffet is recommended. Plus no soft drinks during lunch time.

I stayed a couple of times in this hotel. It has great facilities like a large and deep pool for swimming, a quite good variety of food for breakfast, exceptional comfortable bed and lining. There are also a couple of good food restaurants near by for dining.

It is quite high priced, otherwise nothing to compalin about.

We absolutely love this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional, helpful, courteous and professional. The swimming pool is the best we have experienced in Delhi as it is kept extremely clean by Ashish and is a very large pool. We love the wide range of choice at breakfast especially as a mixed British and Indian family, so everyone was happy. The rooms are clean and spacious with great views and the beds very comfortable indeed. A big thank you to all the staff for ensuring our family stay was absolutely perfect.

Nothing to dislike

All staff were friendly. Concerje manager Mr.Sunil Kumar advised my wife enjoyable city tour plan. He aranged a car as well with reasonal price.　 　All places including the small corners are well cleaned:no dust.

The response to our requests,such as to deliver bottle of water to our room was extremely late. Check in and out took about 20 minutes. Passports which one boy came to me and picked up to re scan, was not returned, I went down to the reception to pick up it after 10 minutes This slow reaction needs to be inproved. Room staff forgot to bring a bathmat. Espeially if this slow reactiom is improved,.the hotel is strongly recom mended to others. One more advise to the hotel, please make notice" no tip is needed" because we do not know how much.we give to them, and this is always our concern. This notice"no tip is need' need to be apqlied to all hotels in India. "no tip" might be one reason why Japan is the country which people like to visit,

Sanjeev was extremely courteous and he made the difference.

Very bad front office staff as my booking was a superior room which accommodates 3, where as they gave me normal room and there was no space for the third person, which later was upgraded to a suite by Sanjeev. Check-in was not smooth and the front office guys took there sweet own time which was the only bad experience

The hotel is really nice, with big rooms and great facilities and breakfast. Very nice and friendly environment.

The only challenge was the wifi - it kept on dropping throughout my stay and I had to call few times to get it sorted until I gave up and ended up using my mobile data
