Hotel was overall good. But when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel receptionist told that there is no booking in my name. I showed my booking details and he searched his system for 15 minutes and I was standing in front him. Later he found my name. Room was good. Later on when I came for breakfast in the next morning I was told there is no complementary breakfast against my booking. Again I had to show my booking details and he agreed. When I was to checkout and asked for the bill, the manager told that bill will be issued by booking.com through email. But insisted for the bill and told the manager that since I had made the payment directly to the hotel through card, hotel has to issue the bill. He agreed and issued the bill. Breakfast was average with not much options. One will get similar breakfast in hotels in Delhi at half of the price. But location was great. Just on the main road in busy Nehru Place, New Delhi.

One big advantage was that they allowed us to check in early, which was really convenient. The breakfast was very good, always offering at least three warm options. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable sitting sofa, and the hotel is located in an area full of banks, which made us feel safer compared to other parts of the city. There was no noise going from outside of hotel.

The communication with the hotel before our arrival was quite difficult. They didn’t respond to written messages, required advanced payment on a strange webpage (that we didn't) and there were some issues where we were asked to pay again for things that had already been paid for – definitely not a good look. Hot water was only available on request. That wouldn’t have been a problem if we had been informed about it, but since no one told us, we ended up showering in cold water for the first couple of days. Room cleaning wasn’t done automatically and had to be requested, which we only found out later. One thing that bothered us a bit was a phone in the hallway that kept ringing constantly – not ideal when you're trying to relax.

Very good hotel for what we needed situation away from the centre but in Nehru place where they have a computer market and a complex with nice restaurants there. The hotel itself is kept to a good standard, housekeeping are very good and cleaning the room and replenishing the stock. As with all Indian hotels the drainage system is poor and find the bathroom tends to get wet but apart from that the room is very good and the staff are very attentive. Thank you for a lovely stay.

At first you saw it's an ordinary hotel because of the lobby but when you get your key their rooms are really clean, modern well designed and have everything you need Air conditioner, refrigerator fan and.. Location is good not too far from historical buildings and not too far from high class areas

The hotel is clean. The rooms areca decent size. The water is warm. The bedsheets are clean and the staff are kind. They probably can diversify the breakfast offerings for people who may not be of Indian origin. The hotel also has a buffet dinner which serves Indian cuisine. The choice of dishes could depend on the clientele. The wifi is decent and stable. While the towels are clean, they may need to be replaced. They seem old

The breakfast offerings could be diversified. It is a typical Indian breakfast. Adding a few more pastries will be good. Only toast bread and eggs was available for those who donot like to eat rice and food on the morning. A higher diversification of fruit in the morning also would be good
