Rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful. Locality and neighbourhood has a great market place and feels safe. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms which I think is a good rule.

Some things in the bathroom like dustbin and dispenser were broken. Toiletries were not set up before our check in. Location is not walking distance to the metro station. Had to take auto rickshaw everytime for that.

The manager is great, friendly and very helpful.

The Fabhotel booking doesn't work. I paid deposit and they claimed I didnt pay. The manager took action, called the booking department and they admitted I have paid and fault is at their side. The manager managed all so we didn't loose our room. Its better to book the hotel directly to make sure, you dont loose your booking as their system doesn't work!

The front Desk Staff: Bhanu Pratap Pandey and Abhishek were really nice, efficient and customer friendly. The hotel has great location and is good for family.

Staff was very friendly and helpful,Room washroom bed was very clean and comfortable,very close to malviya nagar market many restaurants and shops available near by, ceiling fan also available in washroom. I stayed with family and over all stay was very nice and comfortable.

Shower wasn't working 😭 The distance. It's not your fault. I found it really far and booked the accommodation by mistake.

The Owner of the Hotel personally greeted us upon arrival, was very accommodating and friendly. The Staff was friendly and responsive to all our needs and the rooms were clean. The location was very good, easy walking distance to many restaurants, stores and the bustling Malviya Market. We enjoyed having breakfast or tea on the terrace and the view from our balcony. We stayed at the hotel for one month and would definitely go back their and we highly recommend it. The price was very reasonable.

Hotel does not have a restaurant but they do provide a simple breakfast at a very low cost. You can always ask for coffee or tea at any time. Hotel does provide a food delivery service so you can order your meals. The staff at the Front Desk spoke good English but the cleaning staff could learn a few more words.

great first impression of hotel.Everything about the hotel was receptionist was clean ,Stylish roomy with excellent service and Food was good and great.

The location is really good in a good locality. On the main road, easy to find cabs. The staff is also super nice and the rooms neat and clean. Would recommend. They even have AC backup for the power cuts.

Some might find the room size slightly small if you’re traveling in a group of two or more but not really a deal breaker since the overall experience is really good.

Amazing staff and amenities in this hotel. I mostly stay here whenever I visit Delhi. Comfortable stay and we can also order food from outside. Receptionist Sanjay is totally co-operative when it comes to our comfort at the hotel. He is the best. Loved the stay here and will consider future stays as well.

I really like the place nit and clean hygienic all the facilities they provided that was very nice i really like and i want to go and stay again. If someone ask me which hotel was good i suggest e hotel La Paz Stay.
