Hotel is in good safe location ,easily accessible to all means of transport.Staffs are very good .Mr.Akshay at front desk was very helpful.Food was good .Room was clean with all amenities provided as mentioned.Its a good place for families.

The hotel was located in a very nice neighborhood, which was clean. The hotel staff was very helpful, especially shivam and his colleagues at the reception,Kiran at the restaurant and Amar for housekeeping. The hotel transport that was booked for us( Mr Devindar) was very good, value for money, they showed us all over Delhi, Agra and Jaipur at a reasonable price and helped us a lot to navigate through the different middleman ( who bothered us a lot) at the various locations. Mr Devindar is highly recommended.

The shower was leaking and was blocked at times.

Their exceptional customer service skills made me feel welcome and valued as a guest, and I truly appreciate their efforts in making my stay memorable. Quick check in and check out. Friendly staff. Breakfast options are limited but okay. Location is next to Select City Walk Mall, the best mall in Delhi. A bookstore is nearby. Taxi is available all the time. Front desk staffers were very nice and kind.

Breakfast could have a few more juices. Towels were torn a bit. No sleeping gown in the room. There is no room heater for the winter. Staff has a tendency for indirectly asking for tips.

I had an exceptional experience with the front office team at Zone Connect, Saket, on the 8th of September. My flight to New Zealand was scheduled for 10:05 AM, and I had checked out of my room around 6 PM in the evening, heading to the airport. Unexpectedly, I had to cancel my flight due to personal reasons and reschedule it for the following morning. In a moment of desperation, I called the front office, fully aware that I had already checked out and it was logged in their system. To my amazement, the front office team went above and beyond to assist me. They promptly consulted their manager and finance team, and without hesitation, they granted my request to stay in the same room. This level of exceptional service left me utterly impressed. From now on, whenever I am in India, I am committed to returning to this remarkable hotel. I feel compelled to recognize the outstanding efforts of the individuals who made this happen. Please extend my heartfelt appreciation to especially Akash, HK, Avshesh, Naresh, Deepak, and Somnath. Its location near the mall. The staff was courteous and very willing to help. Glass or plastic water bottle; fridge; kettle and a lot more.

Wifi access is limited to 2 devices unless one asks at the front desk. Nowadays, with a smart phone, smart watch and a laptop/tablet, 3 devices are the minimum. I was asked to pay for snacks that i didn’t take, but they believed me and didn’t have to pay. It was their mistake.

Very friendly staff,excellent location and spotlessly clean rooms as well as linens.All the staff were very helpful and the front desk personnel were really fast and accommodating.

The inddor buffet area gets crowded at times as during summer its diffuclt to sit on the open terrace in the morning.Most importantly,it would help me if the bed could be a little hard,they are very soft,I prefer hard beds.

I liked the location, the breakfast buffet was really good as well. Check-in was smooth and easy. Right next to DlF and city select malls with so many restaurant options The room was clean and comfy

The room view was a construction site It's a 5 star hotel so how come there is no health club or pool that was really strange, how come is it a 5 star then I'd stay again though as it was really close to everywhere

It is a place near the shopping area, walk 100 meters and you will find a shopping mall, the staff has good service and the cleaning staff is excellent.

What I don't like is the card used to take the elevator. It's a card on the hotel floor, but I saw that there were people from outside who could take the elevator into the room.
