Our stay was incredibly great and we enjoyed every second. All the staff are really very, very nice and professional. Everyone here deserves a lot of praise, I would love to name everyone personally - but that's not possible, but I would like to particularly mention Mr. Manjeet from the pool and Ms. Siya from the restaurant as well as Ms. Surbhi from reception, who looked after us so attentively and kindly. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and has a great outdoor area with a beautiful pool, the rooms are great and everything is so beautiful. The food is so varied and fantastic, incredibly delicious. Myself and my wife stayed at your excellent hotel for one night (24th-25th April). Our stay was very pleasant, the room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. We had dined at your inhouse restaurant in the evening, (al la carte) the food was exceptional both the veg and non veg. The waiter ( name I cannot recall) was really good as he went out of his way to serve and answer questions my wife was asking him regarding the menu. (what he could not answer he went and confirmed with the head chef). Next day we had an early morning flight to catch, after checking out we faced difficulties with the arranged taxi, your reception staff (Mr Himanshu, Mr Vinod and Mr Mayur) were very helpful in assisting us with our transport and calming us with refreshment while we waited. Before booking the reservations at your hotel we had already made provisional booking for a hotel at AeroCity, (that being closer to the airport) After staying at Four Points Sheraton, we WILL be highly recommending all our friends and family to stay here as your staff are your BEST asset. Looking forward to our next visit to India.

The staff was very friendly, prompt, and efficient. Kudos to the Chef for setting up a brilliant variety of dishes for breakfast, all of which were well made. The staff were more than happy to make us feel comfortable during our stay.

The shortcomings include the lack of information conveyed before the stay begins. For example, usually hotel rooms have a booklet with numbers for housekeeping, the reception, dining hall and so on. Otherwise, the numbers are provided on the phone. Both were missing and I had to call the reception every time.

The staff makes the difference in this hotel. Huge green space with lawns and walk ways around the property.

The place was probably partially reserved for an onam festival. Although the party guests were very well behaved, it definitely comporomises on the privacy and access to space by the other guests who are not part of the festival party. They should be compensated somehow.. probably by a discount or a voucher for lunch/dinner?

Really nice hotel which is bright and really clean. The hotel staff is exceptional and welcoming. The hotel premises are spacious enough to go for a short walk in the park. Restaurant is spacious and bright and the breakfast is exceptional - most probably one of the few hotel restaurants which serve also European food. The hotel is in a good location in case it is necessary to find a place for a layover between flights - it is less than 10 minute drive from Delhi IGI airport.

The hotel offers exceptional in-house services, which seem that come with similar prices :(. It is also a bit far from Delhi central area.

The location of the hotel is prominent for me, its near to the airport and this is a usual hotel i prefer. Secondly the food is good in buffet along with the bar, its comfortable to order.

Especially this time (unlike last times) it was a bit crowded and some punjabi festival was ongoing, the service was not up to the mark, the person taking orders and serving breads was too late. However, whenever i visited last times, it was good.

Saloni, Surbhi at the front desk were extremely helpful. Rooms were alloted together, upgraded and cooperated with a late check out. Raman the manager was extremely helpful. One of our guests took sick and he especially set the hotel car to get the required medicines at no extra cost

They should reconsider their policy of not allowing own liquor in the rooms

I like the Hotel it is quite spacious and breakfast service is amazing. Front desk people guy was super helpful. I would recommend it to the family travellers. And most important it is super clean.

The location is nice but it is in a bit isolate location so taxi or car is the only way to get in and out of the hotel. sometime getting taxi in night is difficult.

This is an exceptionally well maintained and spacious property. Rooms, lawns, walk-ways are spacious. We took a post-dinner-stroll in the garden area, and did not need to leave the site. Though, had the option of treadmills, but a walk in open air was better. The staff is very courteous, and is very well mannered. Their check-in and check-out process was also very swift. And...The food quality was amazing. We did not need to find any nearby restaurants, because their own restaurant gives lovely food. We really liked the breakfast, and also our lunch/dinner preparations were excellent. Overall i think this place is far far far better than some of the 5 star hotels in India. Location is very near to the airport. So if you need to stay just before/after your flight, or if you arrive in Delhi, but want to stay before starting your golden triangle trip to Agra or Jaipur, etc. this is the best place to stay. I would certainly stay there again if i need to.
