Our group stayed at the Umrao for our 50th high school graduation anniversary reunion. The entire experience was wonderful. The room was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. All the buffet meals, breakfast lunch and dinner were tasty and fresh with many different options. The dining area and later for the evening the banquet hall provided were clean and well appointed. The staff was attentive and the DJ arranged through the hotel was exceptional. We liked the location near the airport since it made it easy for those traveling from out of town

Staff at the entrance is annoying, its upto guest to offer a tip , but the staff at the gate expect money at every moment . If you don't offer them, they will make faces. Either they are underpaid by authorities, or they are over greedy

Excellent location close to airport. Bathroom need better attention. Provide shampoo I. The bottle or place transparent bottles for easy viewing.

The choice and quality of food is exceptional. The staff are fantastic. So helpful and friendly. Competency off staff in English language was verhy high, for which I am very grateful

Very nice property,room was also spacious,clean ,service good this time , location is also good if some one is having work in Gurgaon or near airport area . Very soothing feel comes from this property.

Nice property, spacious, away from noise

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was beautiful, and the restaurant had very good food. The bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet.

The room had a musty smell, and was missing shower gel.

Excellent choice range was available for the breakfast

Use of substandard "PATANJALI PRODUCTS". Especially Patanjali bottled drinking water made my tummy upset. When I complianed and requested an alternate potable water, the management/hotel staff were unable to help. They couldn't provide me any reputed mineral water such as Kinley, Aquafina, Biseleri, Catch, Imperial or Himalyan etc. I have registered my compliant with the chef in the morning.Hope he will pas on my message to the decision makers/hotel management.

I like the ambience, but according to the room and other things the price is very high.

The price of the room was very high as the room was small. And after 12:00 they stopped the music.

Property is neat and clean..location is also good..and the food is wonderful

The reception staff looked shaggy .no smile on their face .i had a chance to inter react with two shifts of staff .both shifts looked shaggy

The swimming pool was the main highlight of our stay. It's big and clean. And with a depth of only 4 feet, it's comfortable for non-swimmers like me. The beds were cosy and the bathrooms clean. The entrance to the property looks quite royal, something that I admire in a good hotel. There were sanitizers placed near high touchpoints.

I selected smoking rooms on booking.com. but when I reached there, they told me that it's a non smoking property. Also, the breakfast was average. The Indian dishes tasted below average. Also, the checkout process took much longer than expected as they made me wait to check if I had any outstanding dues. The sauna facility was difficult to operate as the buttons were broken and there wasn't anybody to assist you. There was also a brief powercut while we were inside the sauna. Last but not the least, the staff seemed grumpy to me except for the one who showed us to our rooms.
