Shower of the bathroom was not working and when complained about it at reception they were least bothered. Moreover, the air condition of the room was set at 16 which was not cooling and the sensor of it was not working. They didn't even had remote to control the temperature or switch off the AC.

Very difficult to locate the hotel if you are riding in an auto. Surroundings outside the hotel is not clean and stinking. The hotel did not inform us that milk is chargeable. We were required to pay for the milk inspite of breakfast being complimentary.

The TV was not working in one room. Inspite of repeated complaints, they tried for half an hour but were unable to repair the TV. The bathroom was not clean. The Western Commode had stains. Some of the room lights were not working. The reception staff behaviour was rude.

The hotel is in a narrow gali where uber and ola doesn't reach, horrible humid wet stinky rooms but they made me to stay in vista hotel just next to it which had a bit better rooms but they charged me more for the room than what i took in booking. Scam is the broad road shown in front if the hotel and room pics are old.

The room service is so terrible like it takes ages for them to provide anything and also the receptionists are rude when you ask them for anything because with the rudeness they will also hang up the call halfway through conversations. The room that we were in, had no ventilation and was so damn packed like seriously each time we got to the room, we had to leave the door open for a few minutes and then feel better, The AC was not at all cooling so yeah it wasn't easy to sleep, I wouldn't recommend staying here, The staff was creepy too! Guys if you are expecting to shower 24/7 trust me don't raise your hopes because they do have a timing in which hot water comes and that is from 5am to 10am like seriously people travel to so many areas and expect to shower in the evening time and have to deal with cold water. The area where the hotel is based felt really unsafe late at night, it felt like any random person would almost attack on you so yeah just be aware. Guys also watch out for the sparking when the AC is turned on like in the middle of the night my partner could smell something was burning and when she saw that the wiring is almost going to be burnt all the way, she turned off the AC.

The room pictures are not matching up in reality. The rooms were not clean at all. AC were not working.
