They have 24 hour breakfast and meals available from an extensive menu which we called room service for. Food was very reasonably priced and you can choose from Indian, Chinese or English food. Staff are lovely, Akosh brought our meals with a smile and made sure everything was perfect every time. Room and hotel are very clean, we didn't see any bugs or insects at all. Veejay was there to clean every day, and remembered to bring the 'doings' for the tea and coffee. Maneesh looked after us from day one, I will always remember he brought me a drink on arrival when he could see I was not well. I had gone to India for surgery at the BLK hospital nearby. All of the staff really looked after us the whole time and did not ever pester us for tips. We felt really welcome and this hotel will be our first choice if we return to Delhi, its not the poshest hotel, however its the staff who make a hotel great, and staff here are outstanding. Location is excellent, its out of the main tourist area - a 50 rupee (about 60p) tuk tuk can take you to a great market in a few minutes. We felt safe in this area, its not so crowded and theres a few really nice restaurants and tea shops.

Because I was spending a lot of time in the room after my hospital treatment an English channel on the TV would have been nice! However the internet was great and theres plenty to watch on You Tube!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they looked after me and my motorbike really well. They had a good sense of humour and were eager to please. Room service was good and I enjoyed the meals they provided. Thought it was good value for money.

The location was good, Ac were working, rooms had refridgerators whih were working, TV working, inside room was neat. Staff was helpful. Hot water was available. Rates were reasonable.

There was a lot of smoking happening in the building, due to which the smoke was being felt in our rooms and the corridors which was spoiling the stay. Smoking in the premises must be strictly prohibited. Cleanliness in the corridors can be improved.

The location is good, near the metro station. The staff was good. Room was clean. And the food was also good, the fridge was provided which was great.

Great area, very central, but not on a busy street, near Karol Bagh market. It was clean and the shower had hot water, we also got bottled waters provided everyday 😊

The only thing I would say is we stayed downstairs so it could get a little noisy at night, but I don’t think that would be a problem in upper floors at all

Great location - quiet street but still in walking distance of metro. Friendly staff - all staff were very welcoming and helpful. Comfortable room - the room was exactly as advertised. Large double bed, nice wooden furniture. Clean - even the reception area smelled fresh and clean. The room and bedding were also clean.

The best hotel if you want decent staff behaviour, proper affordable stays. The Admins and the staff are very good in terms of behaviour and customer care. I recommend this highly to all.

It is worth the money. Simple hotel, nothing to expect. Nice staff. They kept our belongings safe for the whole day after we checked out. So sweet!

Toilet was not very clean, but it is common practise in India

I love the location. The rooms are clean. The staff is polite and good in behaviour. I would love to visit again.
