We loved our room and private plunge pool - see photos

They charged us 25% extra to have our 17 year old daughter with us - no food included. Originally they wanted to upcharge us 33% just to have her in our enormous suite. We did not experience this at the other two 5-star hotels we visited in India.

It is truly a five-star hotel located in a nice area of Delhi. The staff makes you feel like a valued guest from the moment you step out of the car. The rooms are a good size and are clean and comfortable. The facilities include a fantastic spa, which was the best spa experience I've had in my life. Hope we can stay longer next time.

Checking in took some time. A weird smell came in from the ventilation system for a moment during the night. It went away eventually, but it was odd.

Honestly- fantastic hotel. Spacious rooms, big balconies, very high quality service + really good amenities (proper gym, tennis courts, spa and steam rooms). One of the best hotels we stayed in

Really expensive by Indian standards. Breakfast selection could be a bit better (you could order from the menu, but just takes a bit longer). Hotel organised tour guide was very sub-par (nothing to do with the hotel though) Highly recommended

The staff at THE LODHI are very efficient and very courteous. to mention a few of the staff members I interacted with and would like to mention their names as they were so courteous and polite and got me my requests solved at THE LODHI hotel premises. Mohak the Front Desk Executive Amit Anand the Front Desk Manager Pravesh the Bellboy Amit Rai the House Keeping attendant for my room.

Probably the best breakfast I had. The Upma is a must try along with the parathas. They also help in making a combo of Puri and Paratha. The Hotel Ambience and service is exceptional. Each member of the staff from the front desk, security and housekeeping were very helpful, professional. Elan is also a great place for a dinner, I would go with the recommendations of the server as well as they are knowledgable about the food and whats best for our pallette. The room balcony is really an added bonus

I was here for a few days , there was nothing specific I dint like but view from the rooms is a hit and miss. if you need a room with a view I would recommend inform ahead

Very nice room and excellent restaurants on premises. Breakfast was excellent and serving staff very accomodating.

I had a problem with my credit card and it was very difficult to contact the hotel or Booking.com to provide another credit card. I also did not like the credit card being charged before my arrival. We needed an extra child's bed for one of our rooms and the hotel was not able to provide one without us taking a larger and more expensive room ... a costly additional expense we had not anticipated. Not mentioned at the time of booking. Marble shower floor was very slippery when wet. A nonslip shower mat would be good to provide.

The room was great. The plunge pool was fantastic. Food was good too.

1- The staff and systems are not in place. They will call you for the same thing 5 times 2- The hotel makes you rush at the checkout. For such a big hotel they are not flexible at all. 3- No proper tea packets, cups, milk was placed in the bar. Looks like they rushed it. 4- even after I checked in payed for the room they swiped card which was on booking.com 5- honestly I felt that they don’t trust the customer and rush them on all aspects.

good location, and room and facilities were lovely. a la crate breakfast was very nice and included in the price.

for the price I expected nicer. lifts to room were small and doors opened to cleaning cabinets which didn’t match the style of hotel. I asked for a car to be booked to leave the hotel after stay. they suggested a non-hotel car and told me car was on the way. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby and then they said that car was no longer on the way and maybe I should book an Uber or ola instead. disappointing end to the stay and makes me feel like I’m not a valued customer.

Extremely personalized and well maintained by the staff @ The Lodhi. The rooms have been spaciously designed to cater to all the needs, including private gym equipments and and a sound system. The plunge pool is the highlight of the room. Special thanks to Ms. Muskan from the guest relations team. She helped in setting up a great wedding proposal. Wishing the best to the team. It would be great if Plunge pools can be temperature controlled from within the room. The idea is to have a private swim, but it gets really cold during the night. P.s. the pools are heated during the winters.

Excellent & stylish hotel next to Lodhi garden. Smooth airport transfer and facilities looked inviting, but we only stayed one night and cannot say much more.

Indian Accent does not hold tables for hotel guests and we had to eat at the other restaurant. Unfortunately very overpriced and slow service, which is uncommon in our experience in India. Food was, however, delicious.
