The resort is vary spacious and the rooms are big too. Cleanliness is maintained. Main campus where lawn and swimming pool is there is quite good. The staff is very friendly and keeps respect. Small play zone near reception is good for hanging around and to do some activity like carrom, chess, table tennis etc. The breeze coming in the evening was fantastic and refreshing. Amidst of nature and a feel good property to hang around with family.

They should improve on food. A very good breakfast will make this resort fantastic with good value. Swimming pool should have some restrictions to use Swimming costumes. Its difficult for resort staff to tell each an everyone to use costume and take shower before entering in. But this is an area of improvement for the resort. Its a very small thing compared to other facilities offered by the resort.

The exotic location and ambience, Room arrangement, rooms are spacious, inside views are good. Hotel is certainly good but reception staff will spoil its reputation. Very professional staff required to handle reception and customer services.

1.The reception staff, particularly untrained female staff. No idea of customer services. Reception staff give very dry response when customers arrive at reception, they keep waiting for long time till there very slow formalities completes, even though it was prebooked. Experience was quite irritating. 2.Restaurant cleanliness is a issue. Rest is o.k. 3.Bathroom slippers and Bathroom hair dryer is must at hotels in hill stations, drying hair without hair dryer is difficult particularly for females. 4. Bill not issued, promised will email later but they did not. 5.I stayed here for 2 days , 3 rooms.

The place was clean..rooms were spacious...if the play area would have been more organised, then it would be perfect. Overall, a nice place to spend time with family.

The play area was not that good...there were not enough games and the interior was also not giving the araa vibes.

I called multiple times to provide water bottles in the room. The option of room sizes was not available while booking the room online.

Beautiful property with access to all important attractions within few minutes, breakfast was nice with variety of options...

They're pet friendly but do not allow pets in the restaurant area so the whole family cannot go to have breakfast together.... Apart from that it's a beautiful place and well maintained

Location is excellent. Breakfast was good with one seasonal fruit and Indian options (poha, medu vada etc), cereal.

Keeping a foosball table, carrom or some games for children will keep them entertained.

Food was good. Property was really nice.very good room service.

Booking.com had shown this property wd sn upgrade to premium but that was not done as the hotel had occupants for premium accommodation. not ethical on part of booking.com

The property is having very pleasant lawn beside huge pool, which is suitable for both kids and adults. Rooms are great in size so the bed.

They should think about to have a club house with games like chess, carrom, Snooker etc.

Room was very good and large size for 4 people to stay together with no extra bed

Breakfast was not on time,staff is very efficient and sometimes making excuses for there work
