This receptionist with a tattoo was unwelcoming and rude they placed the kids and us on different floors didn’t give access to us and upon requesting for a extra card key so we can move to the other floor which apparently is not possible if you don’t have a floor assigned to the key. so instead of asking nicely. she said they had already issued one. so how do you expect us to go meet the kids in the other floor firstly they should have been on the same floor. if not they need to arrange for access to kids to be able to come to our room and we be able to go to theirs. All properties abroad issue two cards per room for each individual over here it’s really weird you can’t go out with a key and if you do light goes off so no one can stay back I mean really they need to rethink their policy

breakfast was good staff was nice they help us in every problem and we faced a small issue related to amenities but when we called at reception in night night manager Mr Abhinandan he sent everything with in 5 minutes which we asked he is very polite whenever i will visit that property we definitely meet Mr abhinandan and say thank you for that day.

they should provide necessary amenities in room like shampoo dental kit slippers iron.

The overall ambience was good and the stay was cool baring staff behaviour .

Staff behaviour is not appropriate. Apparently they are not bothered about hotel business. Without verifying the system people from reception to the room service, they will talk about anything with the guest, thereby spoiling value for money.

We had 2 rooms, Cleanliness and infrastructure was not well maintained, specially bathrooms were not clean and in 1 bathroom water exit was blocked and water was not flowing out.

the location of the property was very nice. it overlooks the golf course. We were allotted rooms on the 5th floor and they were large, spacious and well maintained.

Only 1 lift was working and the fresh beans coffee machine wasn’t working during breakfast on both mornings.

The stay was wonderful, rooms are clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, nice amenities Team front office is always there to help, got couple of issues which were addressed immediately and taken care of Thank you

The staff were extremely cordial, service at buffet was quite appreciable. The front desk staff quite accommodative for a slightly late check out, Gurav , Suraj and Devi many thanks to them .

The food was very awesome and staff is very fast working plus the view it have on the back of golf course. The reception staff is very helpful, because I have booked for twin bed room and at the time I require one single king size bed and the staff provided me with that. It was a great time there.
