Brilliant place to stay between the airport and city centre. A place you can go and hide and relax - perfect after a long flight. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice, staff are attentive and the hotel is clean and very well equipped. It’s a big hotel that manages to feel comfortable and relaxed which is not always an easy task in large hotels especially in communal areas. We never felt rushed or crowded.

Can’t think of anything except it might not be convenient for guests planning to spend most of their time in the city centre. It’s about 20-30 minutes in a taxi depending on time of day and traffic.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh. The location is fantastic—right next to Elante Mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient. The stay was incredibly comfortable, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. Definitely great value for money, and I’d highly recommend it for both business and leisure stays!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was smooth and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. It’s hard to find any flaws! I had a great experience overall.

I'd been staying in hyatt since years now ,No doubt they have best staff very caring from reception to out on receiving ,I love that man with big moustache mahesh old movie style , rest all good surrounding and being Elante mall behind property is a big plus

I was little dissapointed this time with restaurant services ,specially those young ones aged 19 or 20 sorry to say but despite several reminders they didn't served well and i had to leave my food and with just few seats occupied but maybe taking buffet was my mistake ( No complaints but only this time i felt bad ) and also my shower area had no choice to adjust water it was just hot and only hot had tough time so please fix that in 222

It's very beautiful hotel and the stuff were very polite 😊. Cleaning and service were very good. The breakfast buffet was very delicious 😋 . If you want the good hotel in chandigarh then you should choose this hotel. Thank you Hyatt Regency hotel for all beautiful services provided it to us. The location next to Elante Mall was great, and central made getting around easy. The hotel had great facilities and attentive staff The club lounge was great for chilling out, snacks, and drinks. The spa facilities were great for the ladies to.pamper themselves and were handy to.have access to the club lounge for drinks and watch the cricket! Didn't have time to use the pool but did use the yoga room to do exercise. Stunning hotel and would definitely recommend

At breakfast, no staff approached to take orders had to keep finding staff, they are busy but was frustrating

Location was perfect to explore Shimla, Chandigarh, Patiala and Ludhiana. There was a good selection and variety of food at both breakfast and buffet dinner. Dining using their menu was also very good. The Elante mall next door had all the brand outlets yoy would expect with a food hall and restaurants that cater for your every need. It’s a great stop of whether going to tha capital Delhi or further north to Amritsar and the hill stations. Hotel cares for family’s and couples.

Nothing, everything was very good.

Hotel standard was exceptional. Staff and service were of the highest quality. Everyone was very hospitable. Kudrat Sethi was very welcoming during check-in and took care of all our requests. Ramesh / Sourabh / Anshuman and many more during breakfast were always willing to help. Breakfast was a good spread. Aanushri at the Exec lounge was very nice and took care of our every needs. All in all the hotel staff were excellent from the security / valet / bell boys etc. many names i do not remember.

Room AC cooling could have been a bit better.

I like the hospitality of the hotel staff. Anjali went an extra mile to meet our expectations and got us the best deal.We liked our room and the breakfast is something that we've always appreciated the most

Umm the property is missing out on it's charm, it was a little rustic to how it was when we had earlier been to this property. Overall it was good but maybe it needs slight improvement

The room was good with all basic facilities. Could have been more luxurious as compared to the price that they charged. Front desk staff especially and other staff members were very nice and helpful. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

The room was a little crammed up. The restaurant that used to be very good has just become useless after they have reinvented their menu. The food was absolutely not worth it. There wasn’t anything that was really tasty or which was relished.

After staying in almost all 5 star hotels in Chandigarh , I felt Hyatt is the best. They have all the amenities with great location. Staff( Himanshu, Priyanshi ) and all others with whom i interacted are very polite and courteous.I will always prefer to stay in Hyatt whenever I visit chandigarh now.
