A wonderful hotel! The facilities are top notch, the guest-room ample and comfortable and the location excellent for those in the center of town and near the airport. However what reLly makes this hotel shine are it’s staff. The employees are super friendly, hospitable, and competent. I really felt at home there. In particular, their Front desk staff and bellmen. Ao nice, a reflection of the very helpful Fromt Desk Manager, Mr. Raushan Kumar.

Nothing stands out. This is the ppace to stay of going to Patna.

This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Patna. What I most like about it is the extraordinary friendliness of the staff. Incredibly attentive. The facilities are in excellent condition, the room spacious and very clean and the food delicious. The breakfast was an immense buffet One staff member stands out, the Front Desk manager Mr. Rashaun. He is always standing in the lobby, constantly watching that guests are being treated well and receiving all the help and service they require.

The staff and hospitality is great. The food is also outstanding. Great place to stay and will be visiting soon.

The Hotel need to check their partner booking websites that they provide exact info about the stay. I booked a room with bathtub as mentioned on wensite but got a standard room, just a bit bigger. Rest all checks out good enough for the property.

My booking was without breakfast and the hotel helped me to get my breakfast of my choice at my room. They voulentarly upgraded my room and the same was very good. Because of my hectic schedule, I was not able to enjoy other facilities. I am planning to take up a family visit to enjoy the property properly.

Front desk and the billing facility is alarmingly slow and need much improvement.

Everything you’d want from a superior hotel. Smooth check in/out, charming staff, lovely big room overlooking the city, good room service, nice gym, rooftop swimming pool, two restaurants and even a billiards table! Zoo and beautiful park an easy half-hour walk away. Super convenient for the airport. Fantastic value for money.

Good hotel. The tour driver was very good and very well behaved 😊

Ac, in the room was very noisy and was not working with the remote! Pillow covers were of smaller size than the pillow and were old. There were no face towels just one hand towel was provided.

Food was amzaing.staff was awesome and polite specialy miss jyoti ,renuka and bhaskar ji

There should be some biscuits or tit bit(namkkens) like penuts in the room .fridge shouldn’t be empty .atleast some decents jucies or coke should be there .it should be chargeable but it should be there .thats my personal opinion.

The Staff was very helpful and cooperative. From the time you enter you are treated well. Roshni on the Reception was very kind and helpful. So were the Bellboys and the other staff.

This property is excellent and location centre of the city. Room size is big staff is polite helpful
