Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds... but we managed on site.

I repeatedly messaged the property to warn them that my train was delayed and I would be arriving late, but when I arrived the doors were locked and I was unable to get in. I knocked and shouted and called up OYO who phoned the property manager and couldn't get through. An OYO representative then kindly organised me another OYO hotel, a little over a mile away, which I walked to as it was the middle of the night with no tuktuks or taxis around. When I arrived at this new hotel it was locked too and when I called OYO to sort it out the customer service agent hung up on me after 20 minutes of being on hold. I called again and asked for a supervisor and this new agent hung up after I was on hold for 10 minutes. I called again and presumably got the same agent who hung up again as soon as I started talking. With no way of booking a property for that night because it was after midnight and with my phone nearly dead, I decided to walk to the station and sleep on the platform. Suffice to say that after booking this hotel I was left abandoned in a foreign city with nowhere to sleep. 0/10 terrible experience and terrible service.

The property asked to pay more than normal charge when I tried to checking at night. After I called oyo and oyo added money these guys let me checking. In morning they again asked for extra money even after contacting oyo. Also toilet was used, bedsheets and blanket were very dirty.

Booking .com needs to verify properties before listing them. I have already raised this issue in the past but didn't see any reactions. I am also slowly shifting away to other sites due low quality of booking.com
