Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff specially behaving like family member, lovely and great first impression of westin resort. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

We booked this hotel after reading the reviews but had a pretty average, almost unpleasant experience. For instance, the first room shown to us was badly maintained with stained sheets and had no complimentary toiletries as promised. But the second room was alright. Furthermore, the staff was accommodating and the breakfast decent. Another downside was the obscure location.

This hotel has a lovely ambience. It is quiet and peaceful. Very close to nature as well. I had a lovely stay here as the rooms were clean and there were many amenities. The food in their restaurant was delicious though choices were limited. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Beakfast service is good....but the location u have to search as there is no board outside the campus.

They dont have a kitchen dur to this u have to rely on zomato or swiggy

When we checked into the hotel we were ushered into well-maintained rooms even though they were a bit congested. However, the politeness of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel made up for it. Furthermore, we also got good decent breakfast the next morning.

staff and room was really nice. everything was working and breakfast in room. one of the nicer stays I found in Pune.

Nothing of a bother really but maybe area outside my window was not clean from where flys and mosquitoes came.

The room was very well maintained, the bed was very comfortable to sleep in, the stay was remarkable and the staff was cooperative, The room & washroom was neat, clean and hygienic. I love to stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were clear, breakfast is too good, very comfortable and the staff was amazing.they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.I highaly recommend this hotel for any time.

he interior lighting and all things were working properly and all facilities were available. The room & washroom was neat, clean & hygienic, food was very tasty, affordable and on time.
