The hotel has a good central location. It is modern with large airy rooms. Good views from the rooms on the higher floors. Good dining facilities. Security on the gate gave a feeling of safety.

The rooms need a little refurbishing. My room was a little shabby around the edges. I booked the hotel because of the swimming pool and sun deck to get away from the busy city. However, there is only 3 sun loungers and no umbrellas for shade. I think investing in a few more sun-beds and umbrellas is a must for this hotel. Also, much of the breakfast food was lukewarm warm and the coffee machine isn’t very good. For such a large hotel a better coffee machine would be a small investment.

The room was excellent and very clean, the linens were changed frequently and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast also had a good variety of items, with an option for the kitchen to make some additional items upon request.

Water would flow into the bathroom when having a shower so it was a bit slippery. The bathtub had some stains from the water jets. Please also ensure that the payment has been made before check in when visiting.Booking states that payment is immediate but I ended up having to pay upon arrival so I was a little unprepared in the moment.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness is good. The room service & house keeping services are very good. The staff is polite & attentive.

Though the breakfast spread is good, the quality of food has a lot of room for improvement. The appropriateness of the menu has to be looked into by the chef. Eg. On the day of Sankashti Chaturthi which is an important day for fasting, there was not a single food item on the menu except fruits that can be consumed by people who were fasting. On a day prior to that, there was sabudana khichadi on the menu.

perfect location and very refined atmosphere. loved my room upgrade, and the view into trees. amazing roof top terrace with pool (but cold to swim for me), food was excellent, great variety of breakfast choices. All the staff is exceptional friendly, polite and caring, like Mr Avinash and all his amazing collegues at reception, gate, restaurants and spa. They literally read the guest's wishes from their mind. I felt best taken care of. Great home base for my explorations of Pune city.

airport pick up didn't work out, and should be included in the price. auto Riksha drivers vary in prices, I switched to using Uber auto Riksha. quality of chai should be improved, more freshly made, add more aromatic spices like cardamon, use high quality milk. that was the only (important!) item I didn't like at the breakfast.

Polite and efficient staff - a special mention of Ms. Santu from Room Service (for her prompt, well-mannered service and attention to detail) and Mr. Avinash from Front Office (for going the extra mile and giving all relevant details of the hotel facilities and of Pune city of his own volition, to make our stay comfortable). A big Thank you to both of them. 5.) Very good location- close to city centre and a stone's throw away from Ferguson College Road - the happening place of Pune city for eateries and shopping.

The hotel is located very close to city center. The area around the hotel is lively and happening. There are no high-end shopping or entertainment options nearby, however wide range of restaurants is available at a short walking distance. Major tourist attractions are reachable from the hotel within 15-30 min by cab. Breakfast is complimentary and good. Non-vegetarian options are very limited. Staff is courteous and helpful.

The room was clean and tidy, but old and ageing. The arrangement of bath tub, shower and toilet is very strange. It looks like a poorly done attempt separate out the three. There could be some improvement / improvisation here. After having breakfast I went around in the city and returned by 3 PM but the housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room. Expectation is that when the guest is out typically during the morning time, the room should be cleaned and tidied up. I had to request this, but it was done promptly.

Room was excellent, Breakfast and restaurant staff were exceptional.

Had a serious problem while leaving as my wife and i were accused of consuming a can of juice from the minibar which was not true. The front office manager actually pulled us out of the car and we were confronted by Sunita the House keeping in charge who insisted we pay for the can of juice which we knew nothing off which soured the whole stay. I dont think we will ever go back there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, great food. Although it is on a busy road, it was very quite in our room. Highly recommended for a stay in Pune.

The mattress was a bit hard - especially for the extra bed. Traffic on Apte Road can become quite congested. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

It is a suitable property at a perfect location in Pune. Every tourist place and restaurants are close by. You can order food through Zomato too, if you feel like ordering from outside. I was satisfied with the money I have spent.

Only one thing, my room has an inter-connected door to the other room which is permanently locked. But you can still hear the voices from other room.

A bit noisy with the restaurant noise going through the whole property. Couldn’t arrange a good price taxi to station via Reception. Rs1200 and got it on Uner in the end for Rs110. Just wanted piece of Mind as we had an early start so was disappointed they couldn’t help here.
