Everything was proposed & executed in appropriately excellent manner. The location is very nice. Ambiance is excellent. Hygiene is top grade. Food is excellent. Cooks are the best in the town. Managers at Reception & reservation are skilled and very cooperative. Namely Ms. Aishwarya & Nilam; Mr. Tejas, Lokesh, Arjun under the patronage of Mr.Venkatesh are opting their best in the alloted jobs. The F&B with their best services were offered to me and they cared for my personal choices of tastes. The staff, namely Mr. Pankit, Binay Kumar, Dinesh, Vilas, Fulchand, Paul, Aniket and Ms.Ashika, Sweta, Priti, Gayatri, Nganthoi & Jerry are very nice and hard working , putting their level best and are always on their tows for their professional duties and ethics. My heartiest Congratulations to Mr.C.R.Vinoj to head such a amazing hard working and devoted staff. Its rarest of the rare in my professional journeys so far. All the best to everyone. The room needs to be cleaned. I had some issues with bed bugs. The flooring was torn in places and the bathroom shower system was bit faulty. But overall a good experience

The staff was kind and helpful. My first room had a smell I didn't like, and they quickly helped settle me in another room to my liking. The location was convenient for me, and I felt the value was good.

My first room smelled like it had been smoked in, which might have been the previous guest's fault more than theirs.

The location is quite central. It is easy to travel anywhere in the city. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are very prompt and efficient in aervice. The breakfast spread is extensive, fresh and they keep refilling. They are also quick to remove used plates. Overall, it is good value for money and I will definitely stay here again if I visit the city in future.

some staff is not serving properly. I have asked one staff for milkshake and ice cream and he told me to seat at tea lounge, he will come to take order. 30 min. I was waited there but he didn’t come.

The hotel is centrally located and almost 10 minutes ride from Fergusson College Road. We were looking for nice hotel in close proximity to a wedding we were supposed to attend in Pune. We were impressed right from the time we drove to the hotel. It had ample Parking . One of the staff members assisted us with our baggage. The lobby was meticulously decorated keeping the Christmas theme in mind. The check in process was smooth and transparent and Ms Akshada at the Reception was all smiles ,and made sure we were allotted a beautiful pool facing Room. Sonu from Housekeeping was prompt and efficient and provided us the extra mattress we needed with a smile . The service overall was outstanding. Thanks to this Five star Hotel for providing us 5 star Service. Will definitely stay here again
