Location is very close to the train station which was handy for us. There is an awesome rooftop pool. Room was clean and comfortable. No major issues, would probably stay again. Staff were generally very friendly.

No major issues... just small ones: there wasn't much of a 'vibe' at the hotel at all - it seems set up for business travellers. We stayed for two nights and didnt realise breakfast was included - this was never explained at check-in and it we stayed at a number of places consecutively so it is hard to remember which hotel has this included and which doesnt. I asked for water to be delivered to the room one night and it never arrived. Restaurant seemed a bit substandard - many things on the menu werent available when we had a late dinner, and almost everything had run out when we turned up for the breakfast buffet (admittedly towards the end of the breakfast window).

Stay was very comfortable. I stayed here for 2 Nights with my family Staff was very helpful and took good care of us. All requests given while booking were also taken care like Non-Smoking room. Specially I was staying with my lil kid, so whatever specifics we asked for we were provided. Only area of improvement i can suggest to management was for 2 days i had almost the same buffet menu, if possible try to bring in varieties. I had Lunch from inhouse restaurant which was also fulfilling - 5* for the same. Interreacted with below staff whom i can recall by name. Rajat/Arjun and Jhanvi from front desk. Santa ji and Nainesh from guest relations.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Central Park Hotel. Located close to several good restaurants, these could be reached in a short walking time. Then, of course, we enjoyed very much the wellness treatment at the spa.

If there is a tiny detail to remark, I found the process of checking in slightly too complicated as we had to write more than once our data on different sheets / forms. But, as I said, this was really just a detail.

Hotel had some conference/ meet on same floor. So at night, after event, till very late at night, people were moving stuff etc. So it was very noisy. At around 2am, I had to call reception and complain. Then the noise stopped & I could sleep

Location is good and in city centre, renovated rooms are also good and they also serve welcome snacks and fruits we had during my last stay. staff is polite & friendly.

earlier while booking online we always had the option for half board which is excluded and restricted to only breakfast.

The best thing about our stay was the willingness of the staff to help us. The room was great; breakfast was superb. We enjoyed the pool thoroughly. The customer service was exceptional, thanks to the front desk staff and Mr Santa Cruz, an all the time smiling and supportive staff of the hotel.

Both of us had a good experience.

Pros: - Breakfast is excellent, lot of options to choose from. - very helpful staff. Always available for your requests. - My mother has back pain issue, she requested extra pillows. Staff were very kind to give 3 extra pillows. - I liked the location a lot, just next to the hotel we have an INOX theater. A couple of blocks away you will find Veg / Non veg restaurants. Market is near by around 10 - 15 mins of walk away. Cons: Really there are none.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. The check in was seemless.

The room service was limited and the food was not that great. Only starters available prior to 7pm and breakfast was late getting going. We weren’t very impressed with the breakfast offerings. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Everything was brilliant room so comfy and the staff so helpfu, i had some great nights sleep in a huge comfy bedl - they went out of the way to help me when I was ill especially Nainesh !

The basic facilities and amenities were quite good. It was also centrally and conveniently located. The food was delicious as well

Not all amenities were available in the room, we had to ask for it such as towels, room slippers, bath mat, etc.. The staff were helpful but housekeeping was not to the point.
