Everything from the word go was good. The hotel has understood how to impress its guests. Everything from the word go was excellent. Be it the check-in/ the rooms/ the breakfast spread or the Fine Dining Restaurants. One must visit UKIYO the open air Japanese restaurant for its exotic drinks and food. We appreciate the service / help provided by Myna/ Payelika / Vijay srivastava / Jayesh Nakte / Yugal at 3 kitchens restaurant and Mayank at UKIYO - Japanese restaurant besides all others.

Nothing to complaint about

Excellent food. The buffet spreads are extremely sprawling and very varied. I've stayed in every single 5* in Bombay including Ritz's sister property, St. Regis. None can match the buffet spread here. Not only was the spread expansive, but every single item I had was EXCELLENT. Especially the deserts! The staff is extremely attentive and alert to your every need and super accommodating to all your requests. I had made a request to the property at the time of booking for a memory foam pillow. When I checked in, the bed was already made with 2 memory foam pillows. Didn't even have to mention it to the reception staff. I dove down to Pune in my EV and had requested the property for a power socket for me to recharge the car. When I pulled into the property, the person standing outside the door, already knew my name and was expecting me and the EV. Several small instances like this that let know that this is not your average 5* hotel. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

The location is quite nice, but not all the "Golf View" rooms, actually have a direct view of the Golf course. You might end up with a room that is technically "Golf View" but is actually off to the side of the golf course and looks over some industrial buildings. There was a surprising amount of street noise in the room. I was on the 12th floor, with a Golf view. Yet, all day I could hear the traffic on the street below. What was especially disturbing, were the Ambulances that I could hear, in my room, almost all day and night. The windows seem to be double sealed. But evidently, it is not enough to block out all the sound. I would recommend the property to either get better windows installed or else, install another double sealed window over the original ones.

The suite was superb. Nicely planned and very comfortable. The property is luxurious.

The staff is not well trained. They must be given proper training. They don’t know how to respond to the guest and his requirements. Very immature are their responses. Such a wonderful property but the people working there are very immature.

I paid for the breakfast and club lounge package for my staycation it Gould have been nice if booking.com gave me all options before booking the room. I ended up paying more because I did not know/ see all options.

There is nothing we did not like about the property. All staff was friendly and accommodating and attended to us. Facilities were well kept and maintained. The booking experience could be better in that if we were able to see all options , it would be great.

The staff were comfortable with their knowledge (considering they were all fairly young) and yet so experienced and helpful in all aspects. Nothing was a problem, very converse with local traditions as well as expectation of the guests - excellent

The rooms were amazing . Food was good . Location was also perfect. Superb property.

At the time of check in we weren’t served water or welcome drink and later on I saw other guests being served . Also at the time of breakfast many things get over and asked for the staff replied it was over and then when complained to manager the things got refilled. This problem was sorted out but there should be coordination among the staff

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Buffet breakfast spread at the Three Kitchens restaurant was very good. The ambience of Aasmana restaurant and the food and beverages were very good too. Apart from the fabulous decor and facilities, what stood out was the courteous and efficient staff. While all staff members (whether at the front desk, restaurants or housekeeping) were very good, Ms. Payelika deserves special mention for her concern and efforts to make our stay very comfortable; she is an asset to your company and our best wishes to her for a very successful career.

Everything was perfect. No comment as such. Only a suggestion since I have visited another rooftop restaurant at a another similarly starred hotel in the same city earlier, you do have competition on this account, so perhaps you could think of ways to top this.

I booked for The Ritz-Carlton Pune to celebrate our Anniversary. Had planned to surprise my spouse with this stay at The Ritz. I had booked for a Queen Room for the 1st night and a Premier Suite for the 2nd night. The entire stay experience (Staycation) was more like a gratifying experience for both of us. What I liked were :- The Check-in Process The Front Desk Staff [shout-out for Ms. Aiyera (whom I bothered with certain requirements just to make sure the stay would be an experience to remember). Ms. Payelka (who went out of the way to call and check about the arrival and room preferences and suggest us accordingly) Ms. Clarita D (also our point of contact on arrival who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the entire process of check-in was handled smoothly. She was also so sweet to make us a Handmade Greeting card to wish us on our anniversary and also another sweet gesture by making yet another one recounting the memories we had while checking out). Apart from the above I would also like to extend my Heartfelt Thanks to Ms. Sarita, Mr. Affaan, Mr. Vijay, Ms. Siddhi]. From the F&B Department I would like to give a shout-out for Mr. Vinod, Mr. Rahul, Mr. Rishav, Ms. Sushmita, Ms. Mugdha, Mr. Ayaan, Mr. Susan, Mr. Abshishek, Chef Vishwajeet for extending their warm welcome and making us experience a great spread. To Mr. Rahul who went above and beyond his call of duty to decorate a table with flowers and candles with a small cake for us to celebrate our anniversary The Premier Suite has a spacious living room and a bedroom opening to Golf Club views. There is a super spacious bathroom with bathtub attached from where you can view the city outside while having a bath. Also, the suite boasted of a Honor Bar (mini bar) which was replenished with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (chargeable basis). This entire staycation experience was nothing but a truly fulfilling and gratifying experience. We are missing you guys already!!! xoxoxo

Best hotel I’ve stayed in while in India. The staff and service were first class, the room was spectacular (suite on 15th floor), the rooftop bar was the perfect place to have evening drinks and the choice of food in the restaurants covered every need.

The only very minor complaint is that there is no ATM and the staff were unable to add foreign exchange to our room bill, so you need foreign currency to exchange if you want local

It is one grand hotel. Spink and spank to the core - almost perfect. The staff are very well trained and courteous.

Being an outdoor person I missed outdoor walks that I am used to. The gym does not compensate for that. Outside the premises it was not so pleasant and within the premises there was so space for outdoor walk or relaxation.
