My family has been to Puri several times earlier but they found Holiday Resort to be the best accommodation by far. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the railway station and next to the beach. The approach path from the hotel to the beach is good too. The beach closest to the hotel is quite clean and not crowded at all so we had a lovely time by ourselves. The hotel is clean and hygienic. The rooms and bathroom are neat as well. The housekeeping staff are efficient and prompt in response. Though the hotel does not provide a buffet their a la carte at the restaurant has a good variety. The food at the restaurant is good but has scope for improvement particularly owing to the high prices. The swim pool is good size and clean as well. The staff in general are courteous and accommodating. They gave an early check in to us when requested. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend to families planning a holiday in Puri.

The hotel is situated very close to beach. The hotel was neat and clean. The staff were polite. The food was good although a bit high priced. The best part the swimming pool that was accessible for 12 hrs a day. Will definitely stay again on the next viait

They should introduce club activities for childdren. There should be place near the beach entrance to get the sand cleaned up before entering the resort premises to avoid messy rooms.

Pool and ambience

The pool caretaker was a disturbing fellow....people want to get relax at the pool but he unnecessary ineteruppting frequently to use their costumes and finally i had to get out of the pool....this was not during my earliee visits...but this time i got fed up with thia pool caretaker guy....management must look into the matter

I like that hotel is on beach front, great view,good food in comparison with other restaurants in puri. Service is quite fast.nice pool we enjoyed alot. Good aesthetic view.

I didn't liked the service was slightly late in restaurants during breakfast & dinner.

Rooms with ocean view are great. Avoid standard rooms if you can. You get no view with these rooms. Private access to Puri beach is so convenient. The resort has two restaurants on site and a swimming pool which is maintained well. You can rent cars from Travel desk at the hotel.

Space in family room is a bit tight for family of 2 adults + 2 kids. No elevator on the side of ocean view rooms. Staffs helped with our luggage.

Location was awesome. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

Behaviour of the staff was not satisfactory. There was extreme hankering for tip. Right from carrying luggage while checking in to any thing being asked for to checking vout, never encountered so many people crowding up seeking tip at every opportunity. Everyone says their shift is ending so they need to be paid then. Also for the most simple chore, 3-4 people will land up at a time Hotel should get rid of this practice and implement a common tip box to prevent this kind experience for guests.

Ground staffs are helpful and welcoming. The girl at the reception was friendly too and gave us a good room. Food was lovely. Property right next to beach.

But some of the staff members can be more welcoming. I believe a more friendly smile when welcoming guests can mean a lot instead of having a poker face. The beach in front of the property has drainage passing across it. So walking up to the beach can be smelly.

Great location, comfortable room, and excellent service. Overall, a thoroughly satisfying experience.

The only negative point is the absence of a sitting area in the lawn. Unfortunately, the lawn is reserved for receptions and hotel guests don't always get to enjoy it.

The location of the resort was awesome..beach was at few foot steps. the lawn and the swing was enjoyable for my family members of all age. Swimming pool was spacious and clean too. The sculptures available were spectacular. Food was awesome taste and mouth watering.. Thank you team for the comfortable stay and service..

I love the snacks and tea in the afternoon in the garden. It was magical to sit there and appreciate the sound of the waves.

Everything was beautiful. Nothing I can say that I did not like.
