I loved the place. The staff was exceptionally nice. Especially, Lizarani & Sujata. The chef Bubbu made amazing uttapams. I loved the seaview. Thehotel services were quick.The breakfast was too good! we had dinner & lunch there too! It was great. Everything was so fresh! Everything was good from north makhni to south food dosa& idli. I loved the cupcakes. So fresh. They have the BEST FOOD IN PURI ! The restaurant UTKAL is amazing. I even liked the manchurian😍😍😍🤩🤩🥰🥰🥰Thank you to the staff. Thank you Lizarani &chef🤗🤗My parents were very happy &satisfied with the dinner.

The beach can be improved.

Breakfast was excellent. The location was bit in outskirt and the back side access to the beach was quite bad and dirty. Infact there was no access to the beach.

The day we stayed there, it was raining heavily though out evening till late night. Drraing system inside the hotel premises were not upto the mark and there was heavy water accumulation. Also, the floors/ tiles in the passages through the suites were dangerously sleepery after rain. In one of the suites we were alloted 1142, due to electrical malfunction after rain, there was continuous beefing sound through out. Mechanics attended but couldn't fix it.

Although the hotel has seen better days, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were excellent, especially so in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble.

There is access to a public beach which unfortunately was overrun with litter and detritus. Furthermore to access the beach one has to cross a river of sewage via a rickety bridge. With an onshore wind the smell did pervade the hotel.

Hotel Property is nice, clean and so is the hospitability of staff. One of the best choice in Puri. View of Sea is very good from hotel (going to beach is not possible as the beach is not clean and there are lots of crabs).

Cleanliness could be improved. Chargeable options for simple video games / any other games should not be the case. Direct calling the property is very difficult, which should be simplified. Reception staff should be able to offer the lunch and dinner package, which was not possible in our case.

The service and customer focus given by the staff in the hotel. Mr. Ranjith assist us during the stay and organise transportatin for the trip. Front desk staff Ms. Manju and Mr. Anant are outstanding services and courtesy. In restaurant Chef Bigyan and Ms. Deepika prepared specific food for us. Restuarant service provided by Ashis and Ms. Liaylin are good. This make our trip such a wonderful and memorable trip.

The Restaurant was too good. All the staff so friendly and attentive. Lopamudra and LizaRani such lovely ladies. Always ready to help. Kudos to the whole staff.

The resort cannot be called a beach resort. There is something like an estuary which needs to be crossed to get to the beach. So technically the access to beach is difficult. We crossed the estuary to reach the beach and when we were trying to return the tide had increased. We came back with great difficulty. Also the pool, there were several guests dipping into the pool with ordinary clothes. There was a lady in a saree in the swimming pool. Basic pool etiquette and rules of bathing before going into the pool were not followed. No staff is around the pool to see that rules are maintained

Overall staff friendliness and Resturant

Bathrooms were not cleaned, you have to ask for towels, sofa bed are not comfortable, microwave oven is not safe to use, travel desk is one of biggest low point… they sent 13 seater for us without giving destination instructions and driver asked me for direction where I am first timer in Odisa.

The location was good and relaxing. Good breakfast and dining. Great help and support by Satya rachmala and Shivani singh as 6 of us were on a motorbike tour from Mumbai and Bangalore to Puri. Helped us to park bikes in secured location and very courtious.

Check-in was not to our expectations as we reached pretty late around 11:30 pm. Kitchen closes pretty early and no way to get food after that. So either inform or plan the dinner outside if you are reaching late.

The room was excellent. It was big and clean and the verandah gave us wonderful views of the bay. The property is sprawling and very nicely laid out. A thing that stands out is the attitude of the staff. All of them are very warm and friendly and efficient.

The property is great, but the location is awkward. The road to reach the property is in poor condition. Also though the sea is visible from the room, the approach road to the beach is not good and one has to cross streams, fields littered with cowdung to reach the beach. Another point is the food. Though they have a good spread, the pricing of the items is very high.

Location of the restaurant and the quality of the food was amazing. Excellent spread both for Dinner and Breakfast and the taste was very good. The F&B staff and the dessert chefs did a great job in making sure the taste buds of the guests were satisfied.

The room was not pleasing with a distinct humid smell which emanates when the room is not used for a long time. Furniture, mirror in the bathroom etc were not maintained well but it didn't bother much as we stayed there only for a few hours. There were frequent power cuts at night.
