The hotel was well located in Laxman Jhula. It is set back from the main Street with a short walk up a laneway and steps to the hotel. Only suitable really for able bodied persons. The staff were very pleasant and keen to help. The room was fine - relatively speaking it was good in comparison to others I'd experienced in India. The balcony was uninviting with pigeon poo and pigeons around - they would sit in the bathroom air vent and coo away, which was kinda gross. The bedroom was not really cleaned under the bed. Besides that, overall the room and bathroom were fine and acceptable. The view of the Ganges from the balcony was great. Breakfast was OK, not really clear what was on offer, but managed to work out something that suited me. There is a boat crossing to the other side of the river if you wish to get to Rishikesh proper - easy to use. Tuk tuk do not go to the hotel - I had taken one from Nepali Farm and had to walk from the Ram Jhula Bridge to the hotel. That was OK for me but you would need to be mobile to do this. Overall I was happy enough with the hotel and its location was good.

I liked the sweet, refreshing, creative interiors of the hotel. The staff was equally polite, welcoming and supportive. Overall stay was truly great.

Reaching the hotel was a little difficult. As it was uphill and had a barely visible direction board. Over the property description it's mentioned that they have parking, which was a little misleading. Because the property doesn't have an accessible parking within the hotel premises. They have parking made available on an empty plot, for which we have to drive a bit further away from the property.

The property was not big but was very efficient. The staff were very helpful. The rooms and washrooms were clean and all basic amenities were provided. I got a hairdryer immediately on request. The view of the Ganges and Lakshman Jhula from the rooftop restaurant was amazing. The buffet breakfast had a good selection.

The location was a bit difficult to get to but the reception staff were continuously in touch to guide us.

Every thing is just perfect, the staff, the rooms,Just that found it little difficult to reach this place, Its walkable distance from Navdeep Ghat, They arrange for all adventure activities, The place is surrounded with nice music & souvenir shops, enjoyed the walk around the place. The live music at the restaurant in the evening was the cherry on the top. Had a great evening with the musician Aaditya and made new friends , had a Gala time jamming with some bollywood songs. Great place to be at a reasonable prize.

Such a cozy nice place with a very great environment. I was looking for a place that actually matches the description. In India you always need to be aware of these things. It was clean, spacious, amazing location on top of all other buildings with a great view.

Location is very close to Laxman Jhoola on the left side of Ganges River, convenient location for going around in market.

It is not SENIOR FRIENDLY hotel. Very small rooms. Can not even open a large suitcase. Any one one with a disability should avoid it. From street level where car can be parked to load / unload bags , it is a congested steep 100 meter up hill. Then two flight of stairs before you reach reception. No coffee tea maker in the room, though service is quick and excellent. we had to move out after spending a miserable night , though we had booked and paid for two days. We being senior citizens were afraid to walk that 1000 meter long slippery narrow road to the stairs. One has to depend upon the hotel staff to help carry your baggage , Staff is nice and helpful . They should be informed well in time for it.

The room and the bath are very nice and clean. I stayed in a bed with a perfect view of the green with birds and monkeys. The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect point, close all we need, river, boath, yoga, massage, coffee and restaurants.

Very beautiful rooms and the whole building, common area is always available with a few games and there's a lot of space to just sit & relax. Staff is super helpful, they've gone above & beyond for making sure we have a pleasant stay Food is amazingly homely and very well served The place on Rooftop has amazing view and you can enjoy both outdoor & indoor sittings there. Overall, barring the small room size (which actually doesn't feel as much) & a few additional amenities (not used most of the times), this is a 5 STAR stay experience!!

Location - it's very close to Lakshman jhulla and on the main street with good cafes. Difficult to get there with a car though (Hotel has arranged for a parking a bit down the road). Rooms are a bit small (but very cozy)

great location, set back slightly from main thoroughfare which reduced traffic noise. Room was very comfortable with spacious and modern private bathroom. Balcony was great place to read and relax.

Overall the property gives hostel vibes but is way better than a hostel. Think of it as a property with hostel colors, food, common areas with amenities that are often found in 3+ star hotels. The stay was wonderful with polite staff. One thing - this property is not a good fit for someone with a back problem or knee problem as one has to walk a steep road to reach here. One more thing - terrace cafe offers one of the best views in all of Rishikesh!
