Holy river hotel is well-built with nice finishes and western quality. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds and linen comfortable. Ac, tv and appliances all worked. But couldn’t find many English movies/ channels. Restaurant is downstairs and there is no view on the property of the river but it is very good food, not too expensively priced. Except the penne arrabiata pasta- which was too sweet. Main entrance is off side road- not on Laxman jhula road. Pool area is much better than the pictures show. it’s clean and has lounge chairs and swing chairs.

The western food on the menu is average (with the exception of pancakes), but the Indian options are very tasty.

Immaculately clean hotel and house keeping did such an amazing job. The gym and pool well maintained. Kettle and fridge in room and 2 large bottles of water complimentary daily. Most staff so friendly and helpful, the breakfast team really went out of their way to offer assistance and help me with my dietary concerns :)

Room size was adequate , clean and functional. Service was prompt. Breakfast was good with decent options The best part of this hotel is the location. It is close to all attractions and eateries. Also easily accessible by local transport

The bed was a bit too soft, however that is my personal preference Having basic tv channels especially if you are travelling with kids is a plus

Location is excellent. Room is very clean. Bathroom is great (water pressure and hot water). Excellent wifi. Window completely isolates noise from the streets but locked. Upon request it was opened (unlocked). Partial view of the Ganga and surroundings from our window. Very helpful staff who addressed all our requests instantly.

The first impression one would get is the amazing charm of the great Himalayas in front of you. However, underlying this hides even more amazing is the warmth and honesty of the people. The place and the people both are amazing.

We don't really have any complain but since it was asked, I must confess that we got an upgrade due to some hiccups in the booking systems.

The location is great! The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved having access to the yoga shala on the top of the building.

Would have loved a second key as two of us where in the room. They were never able to provided us with one which just made tthis more complicated than necessary.

The hospitality of the hotel staff and the promptness to cater to any request of ours. Neat and clean hotel with extremely friendly staff, well connected with all the other famous restaurants and places to visit. Value for money.
