I went with a family of 3. Sterling Palm Bliss hotel is located on the opposite side of Parmarth Niketan Ashram. Wonderful property. Staff were very nice. Welcomed us with bead necklace. They upgrade my room for free from deluxe room to 1 bedroom. 1. Cleaniless (Interior & Exterior)- 10/10 2. Luxurious Room design - 10/10 3. Breakfast was good but had limited varieties- 8/10. Being south indian, my favorite Idli & sambar were in the breakfast menu. It was delicious. 4. Staff service- 10/10 5. All the room amenities were provided as indicated by Booking.com. I will definitely prefer this property if I plan again to Rishikesh.

Nothing as the hotel had everything what we expected as mentioned by Booking.com

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I really liked the fact that the bathroom was clean, without any foul smells and the bathroom towels were soft, and white. It says a lot about a hotel if the bathroom and towels are clean. Location is really good as well. Easy access to other locations. Food in the restaurant was very good with efficient and friendly service. We only stayed for one night, so didn't get enough chance to use the spa.

The Aroma multicuisine restaurant could have been cleaner. Table linen showed its age and the floor was not very clean.

Very clean and comfortable property. Spa is amazing. Breakfast and buffets are limited but sufficient. Very friendly staff. Room is spacious. Evening Aarti was a nice welcome! Definitely a hotel to consider if you dont plan to spend some time inside the property. Its perfect for staying while you are out roaming the whole day.

You need some vehicle with you always to go anywhere. The autos only run from their stands and the hotel is not walking distance from the market. Taxi service is available for booking but it becomes expensive to just go to the local market. No swimming pool.

This hotel was amazing! The Sterling Palm Bliss was the nicest hotel we have stayed in on our travels in India. The rooms were so nice, clean and spacious. We had a lovely balcony and the bathroom and shower so also amazing. The staff could not do more for you, from check in, to the staff in the spa, the staff working on the Italian rooftop restaurant, the staff in the main restaurant and then the breakfast staff. The gym was also lovely to have as it was the perfect size and could do what you needed to do. The morning yoga sessions were also added bonus to start the morning before breakfast. I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Risikish.

Excellent dining and breakfast, chef was superb. Quiet location yet close to Ram Jhula and market area. Adequate gym facilities and useful morning yoga classes. Large rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, clean and modern. Bathroom had good water pressure, clean and modern fittings. Room service was responsive and prompt. All staff helpful and caring. Overall a very satisfying stay.

The room was big and clean. Staff helped in all ways they could.

The location was a little off. Local transport for short distances was hard to get. I think staff were overwhelmed, room services, and additional order during breakfast were taking a bit more time than normally it took.

It was indeed a blissful stay at Sterling Palm Bllss. I liked the Location, Ambience, services, facilities and bed

The water in the washroom used to spread on the entire floor making it very filthy, though staff ensured to clean it. Food was not that good. The furnishings in the restaurant were very dirty, armrest of the chair was almost black, very filthy. I did not feel like eating in the restaurant after seeing that.

Very comfortable rooms and staff was extremely polite and helpful. Prompt service and professional. 100% recommended to stay and full value for money. We used the SPA services and they were outstanding. Very professional staff and knowledgeable. Must try the SpA services when at this property

The staff was excellent. The room, bathroom were clean, luxurious. The bath products were from biotic and were excellent. The hotel building is well placed away from the main road so it's quite peaceful. It is walking distance to Ram and Laxman Jhula, but due to the road being a ghat, the walk goes up and down as well as lots of cars zooming so I do not recommend walking.
