1. Cleanliness: The staffs would come to clean every morning, and the room would look brand new. 2. The Breakfast and dinner: Lots of food items, and well cooked and healthy. 3. Value for money: Good deal at this price 4. Loction: Just 10 mins walking distance from the Aurangabad railway station and about 20 mins in auto from the airport. 5 Gym: Well equipped and maintained.

I think the AC is centralized, so I was not able to control the temperature. Got really cold at times.

1. Restaurant food and staff were courteous. Mukesh Sharma the restaurant manager especially did take good care of us. Service was prompt. 2. Our bathroom door was not closing fully, we complained and this was promptly fixed. 3. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to most of the tourist attractions and Railway station.

1. Cleanliness could have been better. There were cockroaches in our room and even after repeated complaints, we did not get an update on what steps were taken to resolve it. We killed atlast 4 of them. 2. One of the mirror lights is not working properly in room 128. We did not submit a complaint about this. 3. Plates and bowls used in the restaurant can be of better quality. Some of them were not properly clean as well.

It was good and near by hotel at walking distance of 10 mins. The room view is good and size of the room is also bigger. The staff is good

The breakfast was good but in 3days the menu for the breakfast was same. I feel the menu should change and live counter should have option like dosa, sandwich. The live counter for 3 days had only omlette.

Room service was exceptional. Food at restaurant was good, though veg options were more than non-veg options. breakfast was awesome. Good location and security services. Toiletteries were good.

Bathroom did not have shower area separation from the rest of the bathroom, so while taking bath the entire bathroom gets wet. Atleast a curtain to control water should have been provided. Only one lift for the hotel so when it is full, we need to wait longer for lift.

Property was good, rooms neat and clean and close to the raiwaly station.

The staff were okay,but felt very disconnected. They did not bother to smile during my entire stay. Maybe they were under pressure, but otherwise all good.

Could not have breakfast as we had to check out at 5.30 am. Some pack breakfast can be arranged for those who check out before breakfast time.

Option of joining two isolated beds to one without extra charges.

Liked the service of the house keeping and dining and the service at the reception also

We saw that the restaurant was empty. Either it was closed or nobody used to come for lunch/dinner.

Room was good and spacious. Room service and house keeping doing prompt work. Food was good.

I didn't find the receptionist during check-in quite welcoming and courteous . Other staff was good.

Everything food+ ambiance+ service employee_ it was my first trip to Aurangabad and it was awesome. With good climate i enjoyed hotey stay. I booked my stay with dinner package and best part of the service Mr Santosh + other staff looking for your comfort and prefence if any. Best part is this is old hotel as i hear so now I can say OLD IS EVER GOLD. GOOD LUCK FOR YOUR SUCCESS & TO BE ALWAYS BEST IN THE LIST.. VITS ROCKS..BYE AURANGABAD

Nothing like that.. even i appreciate to hotel staff as they return my stuff which I forgot to pick from the lobby area. They drop at the airport.

Breakfast was good but you must add some more variety of food like Dosa, more fruits, curd/Yogurt etc. Location was satisfactory.

Evening buffet was with very limited items. More could be added
