Radisson Surat - a first class hotel❣️ first of all the staff, from the moment you arrive to the reception, front office manager and room service all just all of them are great people. People with heart full friendliness kindness - it was a pleasure every evening coming back in the hotel. It felt like a family away from home. The rooms are comfortable and up to western standard as well as the cleanliness - the bed is super comfortable and the breakfast is great and tasty as well. Returning to Surat would mean to me; staying at Radisson Park Inn again. Big thank to the whole team🙏

I loved every bit of my stay. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Celcy in the restaurant is the best waitress . The Chinese waitress is very unfriendly but I guess we all have our bad days. The front office manager Mr Sahoo is phenomenal always smiling and willing to assist in every way possible. What really amazed me was to see the F&B manager preparing a dosa by himself in a suit. We don't see much of that in SA. The executive housekeeping Mr Rao went out of his way in assisting us with an early arrival. Was also amazing seeing him actually clean a room by himself. The food is amazzzzing the best are the desserts and the upma in the mornings. I loved my stay will definitely be back.

The facility is in need of a pool especially with the heat in Surat.

Well not much to say , i expect the front office staff to be more cooperative. I was supposed to check out in early morning, when i came down for a smoke i informed the desk that i will check out in 15 minutes please ask the F&B team to keep a take away cappuccino as i am in hurry and i will settle the bill when i come down for final check out as i had to travel back to Ahmedabad. But the staff kept on insisting me to make a call to f&b from the room or asked me to go to the restaurant and speak to the f&b team there. Well i think reception can arrange everything, i was in a hurry that's why i asked . But they didn't arrange it for me , i was not asking for free.

Good value for money, caring and courteous staff, and delicious breakfast. Gunanidhi the manager at Park Inn took personal interest and care each time we met to check in about our comfort at this hotel.

Unified and aligned understanding across staff for Multiple bookings by same person could be improved. I had to make multiple bookings due to inability to revise one booking. But it was handled well and I didn’t have challenges staying.

I stayed at the Park Inn Radisson for 11 nights with my mum and my sister who also stayed here at the same time. What can I say, the rooms were lovely and clean. The staff were absolutely amazing and attended to all our needs. A special shout out to Mohit & Mohit at reception and also Lucky & Akash who were all so helpful as was everyone else at the reception desk and concierge. The breakfast on offer was really incredible! Such an amazing variety of vegetarian food and everything was delicious. Fresh dosas were a treat! I didn't miss eggs and meat at all. A special mention to the restaurant manager, Sovan, who was so friendly and always at hand for any requests. Such great service! I would definitely visit again and have already recommended this hotel to my brother, his fiancee and her family who are staying there at the moment!

A very last minute booking for a 1 week stay and it’s fair to say that I wasn’t disappointed! The overall experience was fantastic; from comfort to the service itself and even the food. The staff were welcoming and greeted the family with a smile upon entering and leaving the building. The service provided was exceptional, all staff were very attentive to the needs of each member. The house keeping specialists always ensured the room was stocked with all the necessary amenities and did a thorough clean on a daily basis. A special thanks to Mohit Ganawala, Abhishek, Soyanika and all staff from the RBG restaurant and especially the Chef. The hotel prides itself on being a pure vegetarian restaurant and served a variety of alternating dishes during the breakfast buffet and every dish was delicious.

The view from the restaurant and terrace is lovely. Though note there is a building on one side of the hotel and construction taking place on the other that could also obstruct landscape views in the future.

The hotel is conveniently situated in a favorable location. It provides a secure and a safe environment for its guests Various amenities, including a cinema cafes, and shops are conveniently located in the vicinity of the hotel. VR mall is 15 to 20 minutes. The staff is remarkable and consistently prepared to assist guests. From the Moment of check-in to check-out, every aspect of the service is exceptional.

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing!, the quality of food was amazing too. Location was convenient for the places we needed. If you want a very clean and Hygienic Hotel .. dont hesitate this is the one.

As a diabetic, there was very little if any food that was protein-based. Many foods as its a vegetarian only restaurant were high Carbs, but all very high quality!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very kind, polite, professional and helpful. I am very picky about the state of bathrooms in the hotels but I have to say the bathrooms were super clean and the room service is impeccable.

All good, hard to complain about this hotel. I just had few suggestions regarding the food served in their restaurant and the chef himself contacted me in person to ask me questions. This shows how profesional the staff is.

Very good experience. Staff and service was excellent. Room cleanliness could have been slightly better but no complains.
