The reception staff excellent in inviting guests with a smile. Special mention to Miss Kusuma at the reception counter. Also staff at the dining hall exceptionally courteous. Definitely will prefer the place to stay.

Our stay was welcomed so beautifully with the traditional “melam and thalam”. They had welcome drink and the staffs were very friendly.Breakfast was good spread,we had a nice stay even though it was one night only.

As we had booked for one day .The staff was told to shift the luggage to reception lobby .however due to rush I forgot to keep my charger in the bag and a steel glass on the table.The staff did not bother to keep this things nor returned it when asked .As we travel we need charger .so inconvenience caused to me
