i already knew the property from previous stays, i returned to them for the 4th time. i like the location, the style and the fact that it's central and still quiet. very nice employees, they let us in even before checkin time since we arrived earlier than planned. great service from that point of view.

this time the apartment we rented was a smaller one compared to the previous occasions, also lower as costs of course. unfortunately that translated in clumsy piping, the bathroom filled up with water from the bathtub/washer and toilet at every use. also the kitchen was very poorly equipped. whereas the previous times we had everything we needed, kitchen towels and all, this time we barely had plates and cutlery. we managed anyway but I felt like mentioning that it was a bit unfortunate to notice how quality drops with size/price of the stay

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities one could wish for. The airco worked perfectly as it was still warm in Bucharest when i was there. I was on the 6th floor with a beautiful view over the city. I will surely stay here again whenever i'm back in Bucharest which will be very soon. Multumesc Uptown Residence.

There's nothing to complain. Everything was fine.

The studio apartment is really big – there's a lot of room there, a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient bathroom. The personnel of the hotel is very responsible and they've sent my telephone that I left in the room.

Everything was very well. It's incorrect to ask what I didn't like in case when everything was good. Therefore this is just a placeholder.

The apartment was clean,we had everything we needed to cook and we loved the area it's close to farmacies and supermarkets!!!

Staff kept breaking (cabinets) and we were left with 2 towers for 5 days.would be nice to have someone to come so we could restock toilet paper,towels,etc.

The host was available and properly replied to all our questions and issues. Simple check-in/out procedures. Silent and clean apartment. Comfortable rooms with all amenities mentioned in the description.

Nothing really bad, just many small things that should be fixed or refreshed. Like in most of Bucharest, it is difficult to find a free parking place nearby the building.

Very nice apartment with 2 rooms, with all the necessary equipment for a tourist, very good central location from where you can quickly reach any area of ​​Bucharest.

It is little difficult to find a car parking nearby.

The location is good, 15-20 minutes by car from city center. The rooms are big and have all the basics you might need: plates, glasses, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, oven and even a toaster.

Not very clean or well maintained: the couch and towels were worn out, there were many dust bunnies, the sheets had holes in them, the walls had some cracks. These are all things that can easily be fixed.

I liked that it was fairly close to the metro station, well equipped and very comfy. Very easy access and close to supermarkets and the subways station. Also management was very respinsive and ready to help. Really good value for money!

It was near the city center but at the same time it was quiet. The apartment and its location were perfect for its price.

When checking in there is no one at reception you have to enter the building yourself and I didn‘t receive the code for the door or at least it wasn‘t easily accessible and had to ask people living in the building to open me the door the first time.
