This property is in strategic location within the interstate bus terminus and few minutes walk from railway station, making it very convenient for budget travellers who want to make further journeys. The rooms were neat, clean as well as it has very comfortable star rates beds for good night sleep. Bathrooms were clean and equipped with all basic necessities. We get breakfast included while making booking through booking.com. The breakfast spread is decent but no too exciting.

Super hotel wonderful staff could not do enough to help us. It’s in a great location, lovely breakfast, we even got a takeaway breakfast because we were left early on our last day! I cannot rate them highly enough.

Being next to the bus station meant there was some noise overnight

The location is perfect and just a couple of blocks away from the bus stand. Most of the places of interest are either walking distance or a few km away. The room is cozy and nice. Breakfast is too good especially the spread. Staff is courteous and friendly. They allowed me to check in at 10.30 am which was good.

Being a Genius member, I got the superior room while booking but they still allotted me the Deluxe room. I discovered about it only on the last day of my stay when I saw the size of the actual superior room. I did ask the front desk if they are allocating me the superior room for which they said YES.

Excellent service and clean, tidy rooms. Hospitality and facility far better than my expectation based on the charges. Very close to the Bus and Railway station. Reception was kind enough to book a cab for me for Statue of Unity visit.

The entire staff is well trained and aware of what their role is. The excellent experience starts right at the reception area. I remember one name, Sukla. But, not only her, but the entire team was very polite and professional. The room was spacious and absolutely clean. Kudos to the House keeping staff, specially Raj Karan (Hope I got the name correct). When I checked out and offered a handsome tip to them, Raj was more inclined to getting a positive feedback than tips. This shows the appetite for Customer satisfaction and the efforts show up. The best experience was at the restaurant. It is spacious, clean and classy! The restaurant staff, Bharti and Aarti are live examples of what Customer-oriented service should be. Their smiles, contagious. Their energy, unparalleled! Special mentions to the F&B manager, Jai Shankar, who walked up to ALL Tables ensuring that the patrons were delivered what was required. His positive attitude rubs on to his entire team. He is definitely an asset to the organization. Aarti and Bharti politely refused to accept a handsome Tip that I offered. They also were more inclined to give us excellent service and getting a positive feedback. That's a first for me in any Hotel/Restaurant! The Hotel GM, Mr.Nagare, was always on rounds, personally supervising the entire show. He was regularly seen interacting with the patrons ensuring everyone was treated well. When we checked out, our train was more than 4 hours after the check-out time. Mr.Nagare and Jai Shankar Sir welcomed us to be comfortable at the restaurant and even gave us free lunch! This simply shows the appetite for Customer service even when our stay in the hotel was over. When you are treated like a VIP, one cannot help but give great reviews and recommendations. Thanks to the entire team for such a fantastic experience.

The location was an amazing garden view and the staff was amazing specially Divya from the front office was amazing and I ordered the dal khichdi from room service it was taste less other wise every thing was good specially morning brkfst .

1. Location of this hotel is exceptional its 2 min walking from main Vadodra railway station. Central bus depot is just below this hotel building. Even market and malls are in same building 2. Breakfast and Dinner was awesome, we have booked both in our stay and were satisfied with all meals 3. Reception, room service and kitchen staffs were very supportive. I had to cut short my vacation by one day and manager at reception have charged us only for 2 days which we stayed and waived off for 3rd day

1. I think rooms look quite old and need some renovation and color 2. Cleaning needs to looked upon as we did not find cleaning up to mark. 3. Bathroom accessories needs some up-gradation as we find water logging in our wash basin

Anyone visiting Vadodara,must stay at this place. Really close to the Bus & Railway station, still you will be able to peacefully enjoy your stay. Their restaurant, named Casablanca, serves amazing food. Room dining is available too, but for a great experience, go to the restaurant for sure. The breakfast buffet is a worthy option. Amazing staff, great service. Kudos! 👍
