Everything except a few things listed in the section "what we didn't like". Staff is good and Polite. R Rooms and Toilets are clean and well maintained except some signs of ageing. Restaurant is good. All type of food options. Food is exceptionally good. Restaurant kitchen accommodates your specific requests for kids. Very good location. Standards are maintained. Preferred hotel by celebrities too. Our Go To hotel if we are in Vadodara.

No lifts. Hard to come with aged parents. Need to rely on air-conditioning systems only as there are no fans. Windows are fixed glass, cant open. No balcony. Constant movement in the lobby by the house keeping staff and No sound isolation. You can hear others and others can hear you while walking in the lobby or a room opposite to you.

I really enjoyed how kind everyone was at the hotel. It has a very spacious entrance and lots of areas to chill. Rooms were beautiful and clean, and bed was made daily. Airco and Wifi was great, location is great. Close to the airport. I was helped upon arrival and departure by a very kind woman at the desk, her name was Primya, I think - but not sure. In my last 2 days I was very ill and the staff so kindly offered me help during that time which was great.

As much as I adore indian food, being European I sometimes needed a bit more options at breakfast. For example yoghurt would have been amazing, as we're not used to eating so many spices multiple times a day :) Also the pool was unfortunately not in use because it was being cleaned. I was here with 15 friends during the weekend and this was a bit of a disappointment. Ideally one plans those cleanings not during the weekend.

Warm welcome by the staff(Vipul) , clear guidance about the facilities I can use during the stay.very clean and calm atmosphere, Ceaning staff was always there. Whenever you need them to clean the room or need anything, Special mention of the staff from dining area, in the restaurants: (Nageshwar)* Nagesh goes above and beyond to help the guest in dining area (restaurants), I had special request of coconut water for my medicine reason. Nagesh, remember to bring as soon as I sit down on my table for breakfast. Thank you so much, Nageshwar. Seema helped with my questions and tried her best to resolve the issues. The hotel says it has noiseproof room, but it isn't. You can hear the conversation from corridoor.

I have liked Swimming pool and workout place are very neat and clean and i enjoyed the Break fast was too good. Ambience of hotel is very Good . and Hotel location very close too shopping center is very good place to stay.

I felt everything good for me .

My in laws travelled to Vadodara and we're extremely happy with the hotel and services offered. The food was good too and given with a lot of care. The breakfast buffet was lavish with many items on the menu.

Unfortunately they were given a room on a higher floors and being senior citizens had to go up and down each time.

i liked the property very much and i will be going regularly for my every visit . i would love to stay at this hotel for my next visit.

i like the location of hotel and the warm welcome , Also they extended my checkout time till 3 pm on my request without any extra charges. though i had chhecked late in the evening it was pleasant expereince

Average. The staff needs to be more attentive to guests. Sometimes they were clueless. The made tea needs to be made fresh often. It doesn't go with the quality of your property.

Front desk staff is too slow. For small things they have to ask supervisor. They need to be better empowered to be more efficient. Spending 15 minutes to check in or little less to check out is ateocious.

We had a great time in the cities prime location - everything is just around the hotel. Service as well as food were fantastic. Special greetings to the nice ladies Seema and Aeronica at the reception!

it’s unfortunate that you can’t open the windows in the room and at times the air felt a little suffocating.

The staff was very good and friendly. The housekeeping staff was excellent. Thanks to Ratilal and his friends in house keeping department our stay was made comfortable. Even the front desk was very helpful Location-- best part of the city. Food -- delicious at Peshawari.

Everything was good though the gymnasium needs an upgrade. Too stuffy in the gym. Guest should keep in mind that there is no elevator in this hotel. So elderly guest should opt for rooms at reception level.
