Excellent hotel with great staff and facilities!

It’s rather far from the Ganges even though it doesn’t appear so on the map. It takes ages by TukTuk or taxi to get to the Centre/Ganges and travel to and from the hotel at night is virtually impossible. :-( We highly recommend that the hotel start offering its own taxi service. It wasn’t safe for us (as two woman) to travel back from the centre/Ganges River at night. It would have been great if a hotel taxi was available to collect us in the city at the end of our evenings out (which weren’t very late).

Excellent Service, Friendly and helpful staff members who went beyond to ensure a pleasant stay . Exceptionally clean hotel , everything was so well arranged.Great location, delicious food, excellent amenities.Value for money and me and my wife had an excellent stay. We would definetly choose the same hotel, double tree by Hilton in our next trip.Every mermber of hotel staff was polite and helpful.

The breakfast was very good ,served in a good environment.

The hotel was located in a crowded location .The services provided by the hotel staff were way below expectation .These included the boat offered and the car service offered was priced way above the current rates avaialble

The hotel has everything you need and the staff is very welcoming, professional and helpful We arranged last minute a tour on the boat through the hotel and it worked perfectly. At the restaurant they were flexible to adjust to our requests.

It is a quite a distance from airport.

Every Meal was amazing in taste very pleasant vibe there. Location was also good its a prime area of Varanasi . A Fresh start on pool area you can see whole city from there, amazing hospitality & everything was very satisfying.

A new property and well maintained, the approach road is bit crowded so need some time to reach the property

Not a huge issue however the water temperature from shower was not consistent, had to adjust now and then to my preference.
