The hotel is in the heart of Vizag. The check-in and check-out were smooth. The suite room was gorgeous. Quite large and very well appointed. The bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. Everything was spectacular clean and hygienic. The washroom was excellent with a shower area and a bath tub. Very clean. There was a second toilet for the living room. There were large TVs in the living room and bedroom and a small one in the bath! The shower cubicle felt small for a six footer like me. The price was very attractive

Good breakfast.

Room location. Mine was a 4 night stay. Based on the orientation , I requested to shift me in front road facing room after two nights.The people in the reception agreed, but every evening giving some excuses for non compliance. This was some thing not palatable. As such during my stay(5/2/24 to 9/02/24) except first night, the hotel was not crowded, rather many rooms were vacant. The hotel as such is good.

Excellent behavior of supporting staffs, specially Ms Labanya (House Keeping), Mr Prasad, Santhosa and L Ganesh (Room Service). Surprised to get very good support while parking my vehicle. All the persons from Security responsible for providing guidance during parking and going out from the hotel was exceptionally good.

I had in room food.. it was ok. The staff were very potile and helpful with any requests or querries. Would personally like to appriciate the check in receptionist on duty on 19th night. Appologies i dont remember his name.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the railway station and all city attractions. The staff is excellent, professional and most importantly very friendly.

The room is spacious however the bathroom is very compact.

The location of the hotel was apt. Close to the market and not too far from the beach. The breakfast buffet also was quite good.

The room size was too small and the bathroom felt congested.

Courteous Staff, clean bedsheets and towels, excellent buffet dinner and breakfast. Middle of the city, proximity to most of the work places. Senior Management of the hotel driving and monitoring closely the upkeep, that is why good standards maintained

The hotel location, facilities inside the hotel, cleaning the room and service was good. I didn't tasted breakfast here due to my urgency have left little early.

There is nothing to suggest specifically because everything looks good.

It is located in the center of the city. Is I styed there during the weekend, the hussel and bussel was oké. So I could explorer the surroundings in relatively calm.
