Very good hotel in Vizag. Cheap prices, good spacious room, helpful staff and not too expensive (it was cheaper online for me) beach is only 20-30 mins walk. Easy. I was very happy with my stay here.

Just one problem with the beds. I booked a room with 2 beds. Which is fine, but one of the beds had stains on it and so did the pillows (I know this is the standard in Indian hotels) The other bed was fine. Not a big problem as I had one good bed. Just double check the beds are clean before taking a room. Other than that, everything else was perfect. I still recommend this hotel.

Very neat and clean property, located at Central place near Bus terminal complex, we are elderly couple,lift was working good, so no problem. Requested early check in as my train reached early morning, they did good work by adjusting and informing me so that I checked in early a bit. Staff were well behaved and welcoming, so highly recommended. Myself will stay again if I am in Vishakapatnam again.

Our expectation was met well, so no comments 😁.

Hotel located in prime area easy access to all locations and mainly located near shopping malls and gold shops and hotel staff are polite and respectful clean rooms good linein wash rooms are fabulous amenities are good mainly it's very secure easy access for transportation and housekeeping service also good over all its good I recommend this hotel for every traveller

Every thing was good

The system in the wash room with the facility for hand wash, body wash and the shampoo was well arranged and I loved that system. The room ambience is well maintained.

There was no breakfast provided which I am really unhappy about. The same should be informed before hand to the occupant.

Hotel touchwood all staff is very helpful and polite.also they are serving food aswome test.this is my first and zabardast experience.

One thing i dont like is they have charge for my early checking but they didn't less amount when i was early checkout.othereise all is vety fine.

Super hotel mainly owner sandeep is very good gives good assistance on time responds responds on time and rooms are very good and spaacious wash are really hygiene and Sanitised I would recommend this hotel and located in prime location

Its a nice hotel to stay in Vizag and the hotel is very near to RTC Complex. Service is good and they are providing food to the room by taking the order. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

We have additional charges for early check-in tht can be negotiated if possible when we are not staying for 24hours.

Room was clean. All the accessories and appliances are in good working condition. The staff were well behaved and responsive.

No complimentary breakfast. Space in the lift is so less. Exhaust in bathroom was not in good condition. The rooms are a bit smelly.

Well maintained and Clean room, Nice Staff, good location. Value for money.

If you are a biker n tourer like me then the parking area for touring bikes will be a problem as it has a huge steep to go down which looked a little dangerous to me. Rest everything is good.

We stayed in hotel touchwood and it was really nice experience. Their staff was very helpful. We were with our baby and we needed extra help with some stuff which was efficiently done by their staff with a smile on face. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable one.
