The villa is quite spacious and nicely decorated. You have your own pool, open plan living area, bedroom and very big bathroom. The staff is very polite and helpful. You can order food to your billa and have massage in your room as well. There are very good restaurants, shops and beach clubs in Canggu.

It was raining the whole three days in February. But this is not villa sally’s fault:) We would be upset if our villa was not this good.

The Villa was huge and it was very comfortable for the both of us intending for our week in Bali. Breakfast was portion was huge and they serve a huge variety every day. Beds were very comfortable and the attached bathroom is huge. Villa is huge, with lots of space for hang outs. Other than that, we really loved the location, just that your drivers and delivery riders will tend to miss the location as it is further inside the small road.

For a luxury villa, we asked if there were laundry services and they said that there are no laundry services. Just expecting that they should be able to send the laundry for services for each guest and that there are lots of mosquitoes in the villa. They can also improve by providing a hairdryer in the bathrooms and provide guests with slippers in the villa.

The 3 bedroom villa was very spacious and comfortable - ample room for 6 people. Staff were very friendly and helpful - all smiles and very accommodating. Location is not too bad too - plenty of restaurants around (Ulekan is right next door - pricey but worth going).

There are A LOT of bugs and lizards. Be prepared. Some of the finishing in the property is showing its age and effects of wear & tear. Not a deal-breaker, but the driveway going into the property is extremely narrow - just let the driver know when going in.

All the staff. Loved the private pool, open living, and dining area. Loved the enclosed, air-conditioned bedroom with a king bed and mosquito net. The ensuite with huge bath and the separate, large shower with rain water head and the full length sky light.

Absolutely exceed our expectations. From the entrance, to the rooms, to the bathrooms, to the cinema room - it was out of this world!! We are all so stoked we stayed here, thank you for your incredible service :)

The breakfast was a bit hit-or-miss. Some items were great, others (like the eggs) could have been better. No biggie though, we were still happy overall.

Nice location away from the busy streets of Canggu, walking distance to f&b, shops. Villa was spacious and private. Staff were very sweet, helpful and accommodating to our requests. They helped arrange airport transfers and prepare a high stool and a baby cot for my toddler. Extra massage beds were brought to the villa when we ordered in room message services (which were very well priced). Beds were very comfortable. There is a water dispenser for clean hot/cold water. Bottled water was provided as well. Breakfast spread was good too.

The facilities are rather dated and old. I didn't dare to use the kitchenette, old water kettle (thankfully there was the dispenser) or the old cutlery drying rack. Villa was very well cleaned generally after each housekeeping service but it does gets dirty rather quickly with lizard droppings on surface areas like the floor, kitchenette, stairwell and kitchen walls (bring bedroom slippers or wear socks!). Didn't enjoy the bathtub as well.

It was our first time in Bali, and the staff at Villa Sally were so welcoming and helpful - we had everything we needed. The villa was very clean and quiet, the gardens around the pool had lovely tall trees with many little birds chirping away - and all you can hear are the birds, even though the villa is just a few minutes walk from some great restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was excellent and the fruit platter was a treat. As it was my son's birthday, I asked for his room to be decorated, and the staff made it look amazing - my son felt so special. It's a wonderful place to switch off and relax in beautiful surroundings.

I loved how it was in such a busy area but so peaceful still, the room had amazing aircon! You had complete privacy of the villa. The staff were fantastic and even helped me with a surprise proposal with very little notice, they went above and beyond to help me and it turned out fantastic. They cleaned the rooms amazingly each day. The villa even comes with a full fridge and microwave.

Nothing not to like, heaps of space and the bathroom was amazing. Only small downside is the pool is a bit cold but when it is super hot it’s not really an issue.

Location is next to popular cafe and restaurants. Ulekan, Milu were some amazing spots.

Not really property related- but Canggu is now extremely crowded with traffic and unorganised with no footpaths. This makes it inconvenient to walk around the neighbourhood.

We came here on our family trip in September 2023 with our 2 children (4 years and 2 years). The Villa is located in the heart of Berawa Village, and is nestled in a quiet little pocket of dwellings. The Villa is very quiet from the hustle and bustle of the street, and makes it easy to relax. The private pool was fantastic and refreshing, and the Villa is quite spacious for a 2 bedroom place. The addition of a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and general cooking items makes it even more comfortable. The TV is connected to Netflix, which was beneficial for the children when they were staying in the Villa. The staff here are all lovely and always happy to assist with any questions we had, and made some great recommendations of places to visit. The food here was also quite delicious if you want to eat in for any meals, and the complimentary breakfast each day was equally delicious. It was my wifes birthday when we were here, and we organised a floating breakfast also. Must have!! The location of the place is fantastic. There are great cafes and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. It is also a 7-minute scooter ride to central Canggu. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the quantum of mosquitoes - i note that this is typical for Bali. The staff did spray the villa each night to assist keep them at bay. The upper bedroom had a mosquito net that protects you at night, which works well. But the lower bedroom did not have anything for protection, and our children got bitten a bit at night. My suggestion is that the lower bedroom should be fitted with a mosquito nett for the bed, like the upper bedroom. Other than that, I have zero complaints.
