The staff were very friendly and helpful, spacious room with a great view. Very clean, breakfast was great and there was soy milk! Most hotels do not provide dairy alternatives. The cleaning staff are great! I was always came back to a very clean and spotless room (plus a little joke with my plushie xD ) The view from the balcony was very nice and it was really nice to be able to wake up to a clean fresh air. We actually had some problem with our pick-up taxi (from the train station to the hotel) and the staff were very helpful to assist us to solve the problem and we were able to get a free taxi from the hotel on our departure day. There’s also a free concierge service, so we didn’t have to worry about our luggages

The room wasn’t actually soundproof and I could still hear noises from the outside. It was disappointing, because I chose the hotel for that exact reason, hoping to be able to have a good night rest.

We chose one of the tower rooms, which gave us access to a special area for breakfast and afternoon tea. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were on a very high level in terms of choice and quality. Our room was modern, spotless and close to perfection. The staff is amazing: Kind, gentle and very professional people from check in to check out, and everyone was well informed about everything all the time. These people truly do an amazing job!

The dinner buffet lacked the quality we experienced in the morning and afternoon. Yet, the choice was still big and the quality good.

this property has all the hallmarks of a 5 star hotel - however, to enjoy the full 5 star experience you need to book one of the 'tow,er' rooms, which also have the added benefit of access to the 'tower lounge' !! (garden view side is better than pool view side) - note: the staff go out of their way to assist in every respect (every request we made was completed)

The hotel is located in North Dago, alongside the main street, although its located in the busy street area, the hotel designed to be very secluded and provide a sanctuary like environment, the flora around the hotel is very well maintained and very well placed creating a cozy cold atmosphere, The room is spacious and cozy well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is very helpfull and very attentive to our every need, while checking in, the front desk also offered to care for the kids by walking them around the hotel compound, they also entertain our kids after breakfast by bringing them to the rabbit area, fish pond and horse area. Special thanks to shelly (front desk) for catering all our need and request while we are there...

The kids didn't get the chance to play in the pool as we had a full day activity the pool of closed by 1800hr.

As for breakfast, the range/variant of foods are good if you put more traditional food it can scale up your ratings and the location of the restaurant is in a very nice setting, you can do breakfast and watch the children at the same time.

As for room : most of the facilities already run down specially Bath room area....some of the tiles in shower area are dirty and I found fungus in some part, the sprayer in a toilet almost fall off from the wall. You should pay more attention on this matter because this can make your hotel's rating down.

I booked 2 rooms and had called the hotel before and after made booking that I requested for connecting doors. The staff of hotel informed me that they had prepared and blocked it and informed me specific the room. A week before travel, I called again to make sure my booking and it was said that all set. When I arrived, the receptionist said no blocking for my room. I got upset so what's the point I called couple of times fo request connecting doors. Thanks God, the hotel manager made fast responds. She upgraded my room and provide the connecting doors room as I requested before...thank you for hotel manager.... inspite of that I like the room, bed, and clienliness of the room..

The buffet breakfast was not upto the level expected of a good hotel. The Western selection was very limited and cold.

Thanks Sheraton and staff for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Super friendly and excellent service from all the staff throughout our stay, starting from the time we arrived, check-in, restaurant service, birthday cake celebration and accommodate for my mum in wheel-chair.

minor: the bathroom sink slightly stuck, lift to 4th floor is not available.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were also very helpful and friendly. So in general it is exceptional experience for us.

In case more foods variation it will be more attractive as I remember day by day foods are almost the same. Thanks.

Location wise bcs near to my family’s property

The facilities already run down. I think you should really seriously renovate your bath room tiles.. there are already lots of mold everywhere. Change the mosaic ceramic tiles to the 20x20 ceramics for walls or whatever as long as not mosaic…🤢 mold is disgusting.
