The room interior setting is very nice, clean and really accommodate everything that is needed by guests. And the restaurant and swimming pool in 10th floor has a very beautiful view. The Staff hotel also very friendly and helpfull. This hotel is very much recommended... two thumbs up!

You have to put more attention in preparing the towel... The towel I got has red stained in it! Please be more careful in preparing toiletries especially those related to cleanliness. Don't let your rate go down just because of something that seems trivial.

breakfast place was very nice, outdoor, nice view . Food was also very good, with the right amount of variety. I like this hotel location cause it's very quiet. And there are also several small cafes and coffee shops around the hotel where you can walk. Really worth the money.

Hotel design, both outdoor and indoor. Beatiful view of Bandung landscape from 10th floor (restaurant). Location is great for leisure w/ family or loved one. Staffs are extremely nice. Foods are great.

The Air Conditioner doesn't feel cold at all although set on 18c which is the lowest setting. Then it start dripping a lot of water in the middle of the night of our last staying day which add extra work on cleaning the water spilled everywhere.

Superb Hotel in North Bandung hills ( Ciumbuleuit area). Location nearby popular cafes. Rooms are well designed and well equip, various good local food in Breakfast,

i like the glamour ambience of the property, with emphasize the details, the view on rooftop pool and restaurant was incredible, i also like the AC which working properly

the floor in my room not really clean properly

- All the staff was very nice, warm and helpful. - The room was soundproof, although our room near the elevator but no sound leaking - the view was very nice - the breakfast was good in taste - overall we had a very nice experience of staying.

- the air-con had some kind of weird smell (acid weird smell). - the bathroom was very small, its really hard to move around.

The bed mattress and pillow are so comfy. And the front desk staff was so supportive and helpful especially Ms Lutfi. I gave her 5 star!!!

I was upgraded to Corner Suite with Jacuzzi (yes, JACUZZI) and it was outdoor so it was relaxing. The staffs were helpful and attentive.

The location was quite far from the city (unless you prefer it that way). I was there for an event nearby. The breakfast was alright.

Really love to stayed at this hotel, this was my second time to stayed at here and I'll be back to enjoy another stay at this hotel... all the staff that I've met was really friendly and helpfull... the ambiance of this hotel was awesome tho...
