A lovely place to stay if you're either looking to explore the National Park or just looking for a weekend getaway in a resort with access to hot springs and a spa. They offer tours to Menjangan Island as well as other tours so most things can be booked within the resort itself. It's also easy to find!

The WiFi was a bit slow if you're looking to work while here and although the dinner options are nice, the breakfast options are very basic for the price you have to pay for them (120,000 IDR for a very lackluster American Breakfast - I've had much better for half the price in Canggu). But there aren't tons of food options to choose from in Banyuwedang for breakfast so it's pretty much the only option.

The villa was lovely and comfortable with private spa and plunge pool. Beach hot springs and pool beautiful. Restaurant staff polite and friendly. Reception staff professional. Mimpi grounds beautiful.

woken up very early one morning, starting at 4am, but noise , loudspeaker and group near us, starting high volume at 6am. Group in maroon t-shirts were doing strange activities. I get up at 5:30am at home, to go to work. My husband is night shift worker, so sleep in very important when trying to rest. Group made no attempt to respect us as guests and continued to be very loud. We had no warning about all this "party". We had a long drive to Ubud that same day, so we were very tired. I think we should have been informed about this group. We would have moved somewhere further away from them.

The resort itself is lovely, and the location is incredible. The resort arranged all transfers, a trek in the National park and snorkelling, all of which were well organised and all staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.

The quality of food at the restaurant was quite poor compared to all the other places I’ve eaten in Bali. Lacking in variety and minimal dishes for vegetarian / vegan which was quite a disappointment especially given this is one of the more remote locations I’d been to. The rooms are also really outdated and worn down and could do with a looking at.

Wow! Mimpi was amazing, probably the best accommodation we had in our 9 stops in Bali. The room had everything we needed and the small hidden kitchen station was very useful. The resort is stunning and had everything we could possibly need. The hot pools were an added bonus and we loved them in the evening. The easy access to go snorkeling on Menjangan Island was also helpful.

Keep in mind that this area is remote and there are no convenience stores on every corner like in most of the rest of Bali, so you are fairly tied to paying resort prices for your food and drinks if you don't want to go very traditional and eat street or warung food. The Spa is also more expensive than we experienced anywhere else in Bali, but this didn't impact our stay in any way it is just something to be aware of if you enjoy the regular massage.

Best snorkelling ever, staff so nice, amazing massage, Puja at the restaurant was incredible!!!

There was a weird group booking and they took up the whole yoga chalet and we could not walk directly to our room which made it much longer to get to and from our room to the facilities, they were also very loud sometimes

Great Resort to stay for snorkeling by the beautiful Menjangan Island, where it is possible to see turtles, dolphins, clown fish etc.. The staff across the resort were super friendly and helpful, especially those at the dive centre. Loves the hot springs, the pools and the restaurant. The location is a little remote but worth the trip.

Nice pools and hot springs. One of the pools and restaurant had a great sunset view. Nice buffet breakfast Great snorkeling at the nearby Island. Boats to the island pick you up at the resort.

I thought they had a beach and I thought you could swim in the ocean there

We had a wonderful time at Mimpi‘s. There‘s everything you need for a great time and staff at the hotel helps you with everything you turn up: Wether it’s a doctor (we unfortunately needed) or a driver...very friendly. Quiet place to relax: snorkeling, canoeing, spa....hanging out at one of pools or hot springs...

Everything‘s fine but watch out for cheeky monkeys trying to get your stuff...

no direct beach access, bad breakfast, rooms are OK but nothing special, staff is friendly but sometimes not very helpful

we stayed in a private villa with plunge pool and hot spring spa whats not to like? the restaurant staff are just what you would expect from such a remote area of bali, wonderful, friendly ,always smiling and always happy to help. the menu is basic, hopefully this will soon improve
