The whole resort was exceptionally quiet during the week and we had all 3 pools to ourselves. The kids spent hours in the pools which were a lot of fun to play in. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Its a beautiful view and the grounds are immaculate. The children loved the buggy rides and the seafood restaurant next door was excellent and very good value for money. we had a great batik session with Julius who was excellent and made the kids balloon animals. The shuttle was also very good and we utilised this lots to go into town.

given it was so quiet there didn't seem a lot going on at the hotel. The kids club was closed and the activities on offer were quite expensive. I would of liked some excursions like a boat trip on offer and you had to work quite hard to find out any information on anything. The breakfast didn't have many western options although given we were the only westerners there this did seem fair enough and there where a big selection of pastries and cereals.

Being a beach resort it was expectedly not near shopping areas etc. It was a pretty good hotel nonetheless if you wanted somewhere with a beach vibe. The Spa was quite good too.

I was there for a personal prayer retreat, hoping to be near the waters. I booked a sea view room. It wasn't as close to seas enough. The view from the room I was assigned (#3++) to was partially obscured by trees. Maybe the #5++ rooms would have been better. The quieter spots to pray, away from the beach access and pool bar, had lots of mosquitoes. The breakfast wasn't too bad. Still value for money.

The place are great with 3 pools, children pool, adult pool, and infinity pool. There is a foam at the children pool and my kid like it so much, it was really rare to see this in others resort so far. The beach is so clean and beautiful.

There is something to improve on the cafeteria especially during breakfast serving. During entertainment session while staff performing dancing and We found out there are lack of staff on cooking station or beverage station. Most of the staff is performing on entertainment and only left very less staff on serving food and cleaning work. Even we saw there is 1 staff taking care on cooking noodle and cook omelet at the sametime until the omelet brunt. Really hope there will be an improvement on this.

Great place to chill and relax. Pools ranging from toddlers to adults giving everyone an opportunity to swim and play. Periodic foam bubbles at the kids pool area is fun for children of all ages.

Housekeeping need to beef up their service. Better to provide a check list for the staff. The staff from Front office and F&B though friendly but lack sincerity and warm with the exception of those staff managing the children's play areas, they are so patient and good with children.

We like that Harris is located far from the city centre, with resort like characteristics and features. Although it was far, the driving time is only about 30 to 45 min to the city. One hotel reception staff (Chinese lady) was very helpful and recommended many attractions. Many staff were trainees, which is fine.

The breakfast spread did not change during the 4 days we stayed. Some variations would be good. The water supply stopped unexpected one time, but worked after a short while. The WC did not flush well during our stay. In fact, it was clogged up on the second last day. The maintenance staff fixed the problem promptly.

Electric car available only check in/check out. Other than that not available. Request to have ride they said no. This hotel not recomended for old guys or having leg/knee issued. Perhaps will able to short out case by case... Thks

Lovely friendly staff who were willing to assist... they did a dance during breakfast every morning which was really fun. Rooms were huge, clean and comfy. Bolsters are provided which is a plus. Rooms in the 500 series have unblocked views while those in the 300 series are partially blocked views. Amazing sea views. Seafood Barelang's food was yummilicious and very affordable.

It was raining for most of the second day of my trip so there was little we could do then. Mosquitoes in the room.

The staff are nice and friendly, thanks for Ryan who got back to my question patiently and promptly in our what's app conversation and assisted to arrange for an earlier check-in; and thanks for the reception lady who is friendly and professionally; and especially thanks to Patra (a warm and smiley young gentleman) who arranged a small birthday celebration with nice cake for my son during our breakfast, much apricated! Overall the one night stay in Harris is as we have expected, the Seaview room is spacious and clean, bedding comfortable, good for a short stay of one or two nights, the seafood restaurant is only walking distance and quite worth the money! The resort is greenly, nice planting, beach, just not much activities to do at this point of time.

one suggestion, maybe can put the music bit lower during breakfast time, as sounds bit too louder...

Buffet Breakfast - it is the most important meal of the day where many guests will gather. The food need to make more effort. Dishes - to be serve hot, example porridge and other menu were just warm.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room and facilities are relatively clean. Beautifull view. Multiple pools and a waterplay area for the kids. A shoutout to Sabri, who offered to bring us out of the hotel area for a little sightseeing.

The rooms have no doorbell, so we really can't hear anyone at the door.
