- The rooms are clean and spacious, this was my favourite part about HARRIS - Property is great for kids - Having a live band by the pool was something I looked forward to

- Location is very far from everything else. Be prepared to have a taxi / driver - Massage here is very expensive. I am not sure why they charge such exorbitant prices when other outlets are 1/3 their price - Watersports was a major disappointment. If you are coming BATAM watersports, try Turi Beach Resort instead. The water here is not clean, little watersports activity, and prices are higher than normal rates x - Food here is average. Breakfast spread is great but alacarte menu is sub-par. Take note of this because HARRIS is far from malls and other restaurants, so you may end up having your meals within the resort on most days.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices. Whilst the 'western ' selection was a little limited, we really liked the great selection of Asian dishes. The room was quite spacious, very clean and fairly quiet which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was amazing. We went for swims each day, and the water was clean and warm. We didn't use any of the toys / facilities as we were happy just to be in the pool on such hot days. Finally, the staff were all very polite and extremely helpful. What an amazing team.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the resort.

The property is great, very peaceful and relaxing. - the pool caters for kids and adult, i liked that it was like 7ft deep. - the room is spaceous and clean, i like that my room faces the pool and the mountain with great sunrise. - the food on the breakfast buffet is nice, there are a lot of options plus the fruits are good. My personal favourite is the chicken sausage fried rice and omelette. - the ala carte food in the restaurant is good also, i tried the burger its very good plus the mocktails. - the balinese massage is also good, worth the money. - when i requested flat iron l, they provided it. - all the staffs are very welcoming, they greet the guests everytime. - sunset view is also good. Ambience during the night is good.

I would like to walk on the beach shore but theres none. I guess almost all in batam have no sand beach shore.

The room was nice and spacious. Very comfortable for family of 4. Love the swimming pool area with the pedal boats. It was also nice that the hotel has activities like ATV and horse riding, though I did not have time to enjoy it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Love the bar near the pool as it faces the sea. Overall a great stay.

Toilet counter was flooded with water (unknown why) and the entire tissue box was soaked upon check in. Kudos to staff who promptly cleaned it up and replaced a new tissue box for us. Some areas of the hotel seems a bit old. Breakfast variety/quality could be improved. Hotel is a bit far from Batam Center. Would be great if hotel can provide laundry rack on the balcony for guests to hang their swimwear.

All the staff were so friendly and accomodating. We had so much fun with the activities and the room was comfortable. we will be back soon.

They need to improve on the breakfast buffet as the dry instant noodles always been finish for 3days we eaten which i really wanted to try. While for the egg station can be frustrating as the waitng time was very long and they should improve the stove and add more staff to it esp on weekends and everything will be perfect.

Hotel provide pick up at Sekupang Ferry when we arrive late for their shuttle bus time. Staffs are very friendly and responsive to my request. Pool can provide a lot of fun for kids almost for the whole day if sunny. Good place for family just to relax over the weekend. I also like the refreshment lounge for check-in guests. Internet coverage is pretty good within the resort. Very convenient from waterfront ferry station.

Facilities is a bit old. Hot waters takes a bit longer and sometimes not that hot. Not much of nice view.

Room accessibility to the pool is fantastic.

The facilities or accessibility should be improved. The hotel does not have a minimart in which the residence could purchase tidbits or snacks and even swimming stuffs. The gym and kids corner (Dino Kids Club) must be improved. Bring back go kart and shooting range to give more variety for residence of the hotel to enjoy and spend time. The shuttle service could be improve in terms of extend time, improve the shuttle fleet. Another thing that could be an added bonus is providing residence to smoke Shisha or Hookah. We would enjoy shisha-ing by the pool near the bar in the evening with the cool breeze.

The hotel is clean, well maintained & the staff were exceptionally friendly. Great service by the staff. Food selection for the breakfast was great also. Spa facility was great also, family loved the service there. The Dino kids room was good also, my kid enjoyed playing on the slides & rocking chairs.

I specifically chose the resort to be able to Jet Ski after checking on WhatsApp with the staff, but was told the Jet Ski's were all under servicing when we checked in which was a huge downer for me. Pool area gets bit too hot with the direct sun, so might be good to have more shady umbrella/areas in the Pool side.

Food - The buffet breakfast is excellent, wide range of variety and daily slide changes to the menu. Pool - The Swimming pool is huge, and have different place for different ages to roam around. Kids, Infant, adults Very good for family bonding. Kids - There is kids playground, even is small but the thoughts that count. My kid like to play Staff - Very friendly and helpful, Answer every query i had. Overall - Really love this place, very good for couple, family with kids to enjoy every part of the facilities. Very well recommended to all.

The pool was great for the family. Great size and varying depths for all. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. I told them that I am booking a stay for my son's 3rd birthday and a group of staff surprised him at the door with a cake and birthday song. Very thoughtful of them

Could have been cleaner. When we first checked in, there were dirty shoe prints on the floor in the room. Abit of an unidentified sound at night from the aircon/vents
