It is a beautiful resort and location, nice views, nice pool, rooms are clean, and the free ferry terminal is handy as well. The food at the restaurants was quite good, but a bit pricey, especially at the on-site bar. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the Seaside rooms, and they are very small, I have stayed in rooms in Batam that is double the size and 3 times cheaper, so I guess the view of the Singapore skyline is worth $40 by itself. The man-made little lagoon I believe is a great idea, but needs to be maintained better, loads of trash floating around and the water in general wasn't very clean.

The property’s cleanliness is well maintained and most of the facilities are useful for relaxation and staycation.

Booked KTM (3 days 2 nights) as a surprise anniversary trip for my partner and it was an amazing experience. Adi, the sales manager, coordinated with me before the trip for the surprise dinner that I booked. He even went the extra mile to help with different bookings such as transport from ferry terminal to other destinations and activities outside the hotel (Massage & ATV) . Everything was settled and expedited so it was fuss free and we could enjoy our trip fully. The surprise dinner was also expedited by Adi and he went on his way to get us a cake on his own expense which was really sweet. All the resort staff was very accommodating and really sweet. Always smiling and greeting us whenever we walked passed them. Was very appreciative of their small gestures that made the stay very welcoming and great. The area itself was beautiful. Most things was inclusive in the resort so we did not have to go far for activities which was great for us. They have a great selection of water activities and the instructor was very kind explaining and helping us in the water sports. They have two main dining spots with excellent views which served great food. The breakfast variety was plenty as well. The room is cozy and with a small balcony overlooking the resort and ocean view. It was one of my favourite spots to hang out with my partner to unwind. Genuinely would come back to stay here when we are back in Batam again.

There was a manual in the resort room that covers all the amenities in the resort as well as in-room dining options but it was hidden at the bottom of side table. Only discovered it on our last day back which was a shame as I would have appreciated reading the manual when we first arrived.

We loved that it was close to the ferry terminal, from the first interaction with Ludfy that met us at the terminal, it was a friendly and warm experience! All the staff was always smiling and made us feel at home. The beds are so comfy and the cleaning staff does an amazing job! The breakfast waffles was my favourite and we loved the coffee machine and scrambled eggs. The pool area and evening food, music, views and ambience was just perfect, we had a massage on the last day and the Spa was modern, clean and the relaxation massages was amazing, we wish we had more on our trip! We will definitely come back!

They need a convenience shop with basics like water, drinks, snacks and water proof sunscreen.

We booked this resort because it is relatively near the city center and has a jetty for fishing. Resort has many activities including water sports, jet ski, water playground etc. The seaviews are great and good for people who are looking to relax. Although the villas are not very accessible, buggies are available to shuttle people around (within their operational hours). The staff are also very friendly!

The rooms can be abit rundown; the doors get jammed half way when opening and some areas seems to be stained/cracked. However, the rooms are generally clean. There is little organization for the booking of water sport activities. The staff couldnt speak much English and we had difficulty understanding that the activities were already booked and we had to wait. Luckily another English-speaking staff came over to help after few minutes. We also couldn't book activities in advance via the lobby the day before and was advised to go to the beach counter directly.Nonetheless, the staff doing the water sports were very friendly and we enjoyed the activities.

We were so pleased that the resort offered complimentary pick -up and drop-off service from/to the ferry terminal. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming. When we checked in, Yuva at Front Desk was very warm and interactive with us. Breakfast at the Layang restaurant was so enjoyable. Indra at the restaurant was so attentive to our needs and made us feel special. Room service was prompt and they always delivered with a broad smile. The spa was excellent. The treatment rooms were bright and clean. The therapists were extremely professional.

The Villa we stayed in was fantastic. However, it would have been nice if there was a small sofa.

We had a two-bedroom bungalow with en suite bathrooms in each bedroom and a kitchen and lounge in between the room. Simple but very comfortable. I also loved the big balcony with the gorgeous few. This time they had more Indonesian items on the menu, which was great. As usual here, the staff was superb and hospitable and made you feel happy and taken care of.

Nothing comes to mind

The facility is big, with lot of options to roam around and spend the day. There is only 1 pool of standard size, but clean. Nice view from my 'Family room'. Pool bar is great which opens until midnight and many options for drink and finger foods. The restaurant opens until 10pm with local food choices.

Not all rooms are with great view. Initially the room provided to us didn't had a good open view. Upon request, we shifted to a better room. Note that there is no handwash/soap is provided in bathroom, only shampoo, shower gel and other toiletries. Water pressure is low. Breakfast could be improved with more choices. Most of the meals were cold, not warm even. Fruits were open and flies were there. Could have been covered properly. The quantity of finger foods we ordered with drinks was very less. Potato wedges took almost 20 mins to arrive, and was soggy. Didn't like it at all.

We stayed in KTM Resort for 3 nights as part of a birthday weekend. Pros - Very close to the Sekupang Ferry Terminal and the hotel arranged for a pickup and drop back from the terminal. Just inform them of the times beforehand. The staff is super-friendly and polite - always responsive and helpful for our requests and queries. We had booked the Seaview room which are a row of houses on stilts. On a clear day, you can see Singapore from the balcony in the room. The room isn't very big, but is cosy. The bed was a bit soft for my liking. Aircon keeps it cool on warm days. Water pressure is good in the washrooms. The wifi is mediocre, but if you are here to detox digitally, that is a good thing. Breakfast is decent - there is a good spread. You have western options such as sausages, beans, breads, sandwiches and eggs your style. There were Indonesian items too on all days - Capcay, Soto Ayam, Congee etc. Selection of juices, fruits, salads and coffee/tea. There is a restaurant in the property called Layang (same as the breakfast place), which we felt was just ok and a bit overpriced. There is a bar too called Ombak Bar, which is nice and plays good music. Open till about 11PM, and serves a selection of cocktails and beers. The calamari and the aglio olio chilli was good. The resort offers some water activities like jetskiing, banana boats etc. There's a nice huge jetty where some locals do fishing and is a good view to catch the sunset.

Cons - Only 2 500mn water bottles provided per day. When we asked for extra, we were told that we will need to buy it from the restaurant and it was more expensive than the regular price. Since the rooms are situated at an elevation, be prepared to walk up and down the steps (some good excercise). The buggy only drops you till a particular point. Not much to do around and you need to book a Grab/Gojek to get to the town or even to order food.
