Hotel staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient, part of the building / mall that houses the immigration & customs. So easy direct access to ferry office, and departure gate. Facilities were clean.

Basic amenities. Simple solution to install shower curtain rod and curtain would prevent the bathroom from getting wet, which is especially dangerous when using the fixed hair dryer (which isn’t earthed). Even using the cheapest curtain would be helpful and just replace once every 2-3 bookings so it won’t grow mold or smell.

For about $50 a night with breakfast, this hotel is good. The hotel is connected to Harbour Bay Mall which has food, drinks and some shops to grab small snacks. The mall houses the ferry terminal. At the hotel, the bed is firm and comfy to my liking. The aircon is strong too which was good and the staff asked me about it upon check out. The room lights were bright and the window with blind was good for sunlight in the day. At breakfast, there is a machine that makes good and fresh coffee. The staff were all happy to serve and open to feedback. That was good! Thank u!

Found a dead mozzie on the bathroom wall. Seems that the cleaning could have been better. The door handles could be better cleaned.

Location very good near ferry harbour bay Area 👍 eating place near by the sea entertainment walking distance and esp the bazaar on wk end variety of food that i nvr heard but yummy yummy and up the most important is the friendliness and courteous staff of the hotel

No much of a comment but more of a suggestion on the breakfast menu need to come out with more varieties

Large bed been join not good but the bed should be in one larger bed for our money and the bed on the floor was not stable always shaking noise especially put on more weight or moving..management do something about it

This is the Hotel to go if you are looking to stay at Harbor bay. Nice 3 min connection to the ferry terminal. There many food options and entertainment nearby at night. all within walking distance. there is a new spa beside Zest and also the nearby M Club. Breakfast is a simple indonesian feast which is consider great at this price point. Importantly, it is a gojek friendly hotel. Yes, this is also own by the famous Swissbel chains.

The location was right by the ferry terminal and close to restaurants and convenience stores. The staff was friendly

No shower curtain or glass partition at the bathroom. The whole bathroom gets wet after a shower.

Really a good place to stay in. Most basic necessity can be found in the hotel. Plus point, super close to the ferry terminal and food places are easily accessed. Breakfast was delicious. The workers there are also very humble.

The room amenities needs to be carefully checked by the relevant department to ensure the functionality of the items. i.e power socket , hair dryer etc.
