Loved the hospitality. Service was excellent. The villa was clean, with great amenities, and comfortable. Pool was warm and clean. Even though we stayed at the villa where there were many bushes, there werent many insects or mosquitos, which made the stay more relaxing. We’d definitely come back. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

Just minor things. Some features needed a little maintenance, for example toilet flush, hand shower, sides of sliding doors needed a little fixing. And since I’m Indonesian, it would’ve been nicer if there were jet-washers in the toilets, also a sink in the living area. But that wasn’t really a problem just our preference.

Exceptional facilities, wide range activities and facilities, very good location, room was super comfy, even have separate pools so that no over crowded pools in prime time. Superior staff attitude and hospitality. Super thanks to Mazaya at the front desk who welcomed us and helped us to swiftly checked us into our room. She even gave us warm surprised by upgraded our room, it really touched our very heart, my wife and daughters loved it so much. Breakfast was excellent with wide range option.

Almost no issues at all except for the elevator lights that are too dimmed at the cereme building. Wished that we could get free valet service. We dont mind about the rate though.

The Breakfast buffet and Dinner Buffet are amazing! since me and my husband are too lazy to go outside for food. and The wifi connection is also a breeze since me and my husband are both here also for work and needs to be online for zoom meetings...

Pullman Hotel does a commendable job of catering to families with young children. There is a dedicated play area equipped with age-appropriate toys and games, our kids were entertained and happy. The staff also organized kid-friendly activities during the day, adding an extra layer of fun for the little ones. The pool area had a separate shallow section, perfect for children to splash around safely. However, it would be great if the hotel expanded their children's menu to include more diverse meal options.

Staff were super helpfull, lots of activities for kids and family for the weekend, breakfast was okay, food taste was 7,5/10. Buffet dinner was also okay, they have some traditional dance show and live music in the restaurant while you have some dinner in the weekend. Totally recommend hotel to stay for families.

Bathroom cleanliness was okay, but when we first arrived, the pop up cover for bathtub plumbing doesnt work after we use it, so we cant drain the water out of the tub and we need to call the botel technician to fix it. Luckily they fix it so quickly (simply by exchanging the cover). Overall, a very pleasant stay tho, but please check minor things like that next time.

The breakfast - many choices.From western bfast till Indonesian food. The facilities - excellent, specialy if u travel with kids, the hotel caters kids with special programs and activities The pool- they have 2 area for swimming pool, the kids pool area is awesome - the water is warm, the property provide floaties. The Staff - Mba Putri from Butler SPV - Help us a lot with room arrangement, she is really helpful and surprised the kids with welcome message and cookies.

Everything, a very peaceful place with numbers of attraction for Kids, Teens, even Adults. First time for me to have some choices of pillow. The hotel also serves an excellent hospitality, and a very great location.

the Breakfast. Too many choices of rice meanwhile only small choices for raw proteins. most of the meat is processed meat. and the taste also awful

The room (even the balcony) was clean, no dust was spotted. The pillows could've been plusher. Hotel facilities were great and were family oriented. The Padi and Infinity Pools were absolutely divine, well-maintained and has a Ubud feel to them.

The hotel should add more gym equipment and expand the facility, as the current one is moderately sized. Parking area should be more accessible, as the buggy service from the parking area to the lobby cannot accommodate strollers and wheelchairs.

we selected this hotel by the reviews and we did not disappointed at all ,location wise very strategic Great view from our massive room balcony bed so comfortable room super clean the property is huge nice for jogging around early morning staff are helpful and attentive we definitely coming back

at breakfast time we are 5 people we all havinv buffet although it’s a bit expensive we don’t mind but the food wasn’t that great bakso we don’t taste the beef stock omelette eggs are bland prefer cook on the spot like some of other hotels usually tiramisu ice cream more like fake rum taste bubur ketan item too sweet lontong sayur too salty but we love the gorengan bajwan are excellent and so piscok fantastic Dinsum just ok they got hard skin on top although the filling are good .

Second time staying here. Facilities, location, design is the best in the area. Restaurant choices were okay.

I was moving from one pool area to another, bringing pool towel (they have three pool areas). Turned out the towel is supposed to stay on the pool area where it was taken. And several staffs keep telling me to return it to the pool area. I think it was annoying, and pointless, since I was still in the Hotel area.
