The reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Room was spacious with nice view of mountains. Location is very central

On the first day of my stay the hotel was full with a large group. People were coming and going noisily all night so it was impossible to sleep. In the morning there were so many people at breakfast that it was impossible to find a free table. Thankfully the group were only there for one day and the other two nights were peaceful

After a trip to the city of Padang, I continued my journey to the city of Bukittinggi. The air of the city of Bukittinggi is cool, cold and fresh. While in Bukittinggi I stayed at the @grandrockyhotelbukittinggi The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the location is strategic, it is close to tourist attractions and culinary spots. Overall its all good. The weather was cold for me. Bath room glass door for shower should be layered with rubber so the water Will not spill out of shower when we take a bath. It makes water cover the area and the bathroom area wet

The location and the view from the room. The buffet breakfast was good though they were slow in replacing food.

Problems with airconditioning that was handled badly by the team and management. Lots of excuses and even lies.

We arrived late and were escorted to our room. Good size and room for desk and chair. Breakfast was delicious and had a choice of Asian dishes and some Western dishes. Overall the standard was good and there was a varied selection. We only stayed one night but would be happy to stay in the future. The staff were friendly and helpful.

As I mentioned earlier we only stayed one night and arrived late so it is difficult to find things we didn't like. The bathrooms were a little dated but functional and the shower was fine.

Big room, nice bedroom, nice view, nice staff and easy late check-in at midnight as i need to travel from Padang to Bukittinggi around 3 hours. Near Jam Gadang. Breakfast is delicious and cozy atmosphere at the cafe.

Toilet is a bit smelly.

They don't tell us that water bottle in the room fridge need to pay separetly because we assume it was already incuded in price room

There's a good view from many areas, including the rooms and the hotel is very well located, near attractions. The staff were nice and helpful in everyway.
