Beautiful mountain view Quite, Calm, and relaxing, Feels like private

Room maintenance. We booked two bedroom villa, 2nd bedroom, the bathroom sink need To retouch and maintain. Stain & leaking. Also lighting in the room needs to add adjustable Light. Its too bright. If switch off; Too dark. Need slipper In the room and maybe management can add doormarts infront of the villa. So whenever we finish swimming and not entering the villa in wet foot or dirt foot

They served a wonderful breakfast which all my family enjoyed it. We tried dinner once in the hotel restaurant which was also great. We stayed 2 nights, the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with good view. The location of the villa is in the middle of nowhere so I recommend you to check and plan your activities beforehand. It's quiet and great escape kind of place from city life, you can enjoy pool and cozy time with family.

The first night we stayed, my husband got bitten by a giant centipede in the master bedroom. It was really big and brown one, quite painful experience for him... It's not really the fault of the villa as probably it escaped and entred the villa from the forest around it. We told the hotel staff and they were helpful enough to get rid of it straight away. Now we think it was also a part of our holiday memory but be aware and also take note that there is no clinics nor hospital in the area.

We liked everything here so much! Especially the staff, everyone was so very nice and always chatting with us! Loved the huge pool with jungleviews and our lovely twin bedded room with gorgeous bathroom! We rented a very good big scooter and explored the area on our own, which is fabulous! Thank you all for this memorable stay, we will recommend your place to our friends and hope to come back one day!

not a negative comment, but some flowers around the pool would make it more cosy and maybe some soft Balinese music in the restaurant?

Palmterrace was just outstanding in every way. The whole resort is oriented over a huge lush valley with mountain views which took our breath away. The rooms are just as beautiful - we spent one night in the one bedroom Chalet and it was just wow! The views over the valley were spectacular from the bedroom especially at sunrise and the size and comfort of the space was amazing. Our second night we moved to a standard villa by the pool (because the chalet wasn’t available) and it was still luxurious and spacious. The rooms and pool are oriented to make the most of the spectacular views. The lovely staff made our stay extra special - nothing was too much trouble and they were just delightful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and both evenings and were impressed by the selection and quality. Not too many places offer dragonfruit chia smoothies with the standard breakfast! Wifi was really good throughout the stay despite some heavy rain and we appreciated the free mineral water provided. We loved the area - there are some amazing views nearby including the incredible Berina rice terrace about 15 mins by scooter. Can’t wait to return!

Very nice hotel! The location is further away from any crowds and traffic. We really enjoyed peace, nature and the views from the hotel! 1 The staff was really helpful with any our questions, including renting a scooter (which you can from them) 2 If you are an early bird - the sunrise view from the sunbeds/pool is amazing! 3 Delicious breakfast which you can choose from several options 4 The apartment and the whole surroundings are very light/bright colors. 5 You can refill your bottle with their mineral water 6 Lots of nature sound especially in the mornings or evenings (geckos :) ) 7 Not far away from some sightseeing - Lahangan Sweet (up to 20min) / Amed with beaches / Sideman (1h with scooter)

Almost nothing. Only that the "official" (i am not sure whether he works for the hotel) driver is kind of expensive (to pick-up or drop-off) without negotiation possibilities...

The location his fantastic with a great pool and great views. The room was clean, well laid out and comfortable with great views across the pool and countryside. It is located in a very quiet location so makes for a very relaxing stay, you can easily get taxis from the hotel or hire a motorbike through the reception if you wish to visit or travel around the local areas. The breakfast is very good and evening food though limited menu / drinks that you can buy from the restaurant are also very good and reasonably priced. The hotel has a few really nice dogs that will wander around the grounds and play and lay about in the area around the restaurant, they are very nervous though.

Every detail was perfect- the minibar, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, an indoor shower AND an outdoor shower. Great aircon, amazing views, super clean, very few insects. Comfy bed, clean sheets. beautiful decor. manicured gardens. 100% my favourite place we stayed during 3 weeks around Bali. we had to live from another hotel because it was so bad and the place was the perfect antidote. there is a restaurant and bar but we didn’t eat or drink there so can’t comment. staff always available to assist and got up at 5.30am to check us out. great service

i couldn’t find any fault with this place, everything was so good. the location is remote- you will need to organise a scooter in Amed or book a driver to get around but it’s a great place to stay for visiting Tirtagangga, heaven gate and Bali asli cooking school as they are all close by. or if you just want a super relaxing place with amazing views to get out of the hustle and bustle of Bali

This property is an absolute hidden gem, the staff are all amazingly welcoming and friendly. The apartments are modern and luxurious, the view from the pool area is amazing! Dinner was nice, could have had more options, we also loved the two pups who we named mr and miss scrappy doo! We would love to come back to Palmterrace on our next visit to Bali. Breakfast was lovely too! Our favourite accommodation in Bali so far and the price was so good!

The only thing would be recommending hiring a scooter which the staff will do for you at the hotel, we went to Amed snorkelling and for dinner in Manggis, no where is in walking distance so quite reliant on transport. That said this is an amazing tranquil escape and we still chose to eat at the hotel 3 out of the 4 nights!

It’s in beautiful quiet location, with a lovely group of staff. The villas are spacious and comfy and thoroughly cleaned. The pool is large for such a small resort ( only 6 villas), with enough lounges for everyone. Food is very good. Our five night stay was our second time there and we were greeted like family returning. We’ll certainly be back again.

Nothing really. They could get a couple of new yoga mats for the shala.

The property was nice and quiet providing a beautiful view over the palmtrees. The room and pool were very clean and good to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the restaurant (which you need because there’s almost nothing around) is amazing. The food was delicious! If you rent a scooter you can get around very fast to the close by attractions (e.g. Pura Lempuyang, Tirtta Ganga, Lahangan Sweet)

They only have 3 scooters but more rooms! So it probably would be the best if you reserve your scooter in advance if you plan on exploring this part of Bali.
