What a hidden gem this place is! Set over on the eastern side of Bali, in the small village of Saba, we really felt like we were in a quiet part of Bali, which is hard to com e by as a tourist! The best thing about the resort was the wonderful staff. The reception team were so accommodating, the restaurant team were always so friendly, and the housekeeping team were amazing too. You should be really proud of the team you have. There were a lot of new trainees there as it was off-season, and they were all amazing too. You'll have a great season with these staff! Really loved the Sunset Bar. They make an amazing iced mocha! We loved our spa treatments, would definitely recommend the massages. We could have solely stayed in the resort, there was always something to do! From tennis courts, to the spa, to the pool, restaurant and bar. They also arranged a cooking class for us, which was really fun!

The caged birds was the only thing we weren't too keen on as it felt like they didn't get enough stimulation.

The gardens are stunning. There is a wonderful view across the valley from the restaurant. The pools were all excellent. The staff were amazing. They all looked so smart, always said hello and smiled. The live music night was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the free shuttle into Ubud centre for the palace and water temple. Room service was very efficient and the cleaners were so discreet. My wife enjoyed the spa.

We checked in late and noticed next morning that our superior room was right next to another block that was being renovated, so there was noise. Those rooms also don't have a door on the bathroom, that we hadn't realized. However, at breakfast the guest experience manager asked us about our room and we explained our disappointment, so she upgraded us to a deluxe room with a great view straight away, which was excellent.

Rooma were very nice anc clean (daily housekeeping). At any moment, extra towels were brought to pool. Resturant and room service were very professional and food was very delicious. Pools are really nice, there was always free sunbads on any of 3 pools in the resort. Spa is really good and comfort. And staff, I don't have a words for their kindness and positive energy. Resort itself is really beautiful, and it is well maintained, lot of plants around. Communication on Whats App was very quick and any question was answered in very short notice. I have enjoyed.

Shower in toilets are fixed (there is no shower hose), but I don't like it just because I'm used on shower hose (personnal affiliation), who has same shower won't observe this at all.

First of all we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options(local and international). The staff were extremely friendly and were constantly asking us if everything was okay. They also have free transportation to some parts and beaches near the hotel. Our experience with the transportation was amazing since the driver made a lot of stops to many facilities and showed us around(it felt like a tour honestly), he was super friendly and we couldn’t be more satisfied with that. Would totally recommend it to anybody that wants a quiet place next to nature. I wish we knew all that from the beginning so we would book more days to the same hotel!

Swan Paradise was such an amazing place to stay. Originally booked 4 nights and ended up staying two weeks, we love it so much. Everything was clean and nothing was too much to ask for. We used the gym everyday and made good use of the spa facilities. The staff really made our trip exceptional. They were always so friendly and would greet us with a smile. Buffet breakfast was perfect and we were able to order fresh omelette and scrambled eggs. Would 100% come back to swan paradise.

Very beautiful complex with lots of land and various pools. The staff is unique. I congratulate the owner on his choice of staff. The restaurant is very, very good. The hotel offers free shuttle services to other locations. Please be sure to choose the friendly and competent driver, Mr. Noiman. He takes all tourists to their desired locations/telephone reception and, very importantly, the cleanliness is of a higher standard! Thank You very much ✨🫶

I loved everything about it. The food was tasty, the evening dinners/ special nights well organized. The receptionists and everybody else was really kind and helpful. I’ve also enjoyed my 15 minutes massage. I’ve also really enjoyed the pool bar from which they served delicious cocktails and snacks. The outside space is absolutely stunning; ponds, garden, flowers, statues everywhere. Everything is well maintained and taken care off. Oh and the buffet breakfast was delicious!

Nothing to complain about. I will come back there.

Outstanding!!! Beautiful resort with amazing staff. We absolutely loved our 10 days there. Very relaxing and quiet. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable beds, and clean. The food was delicious and the staff couldn't do enough for you. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation away from bustling Ubud, Swan Paradise is the place for you. We can't wait to return.

This is our best experience abroad, the staff are amazing and super nice and very friendly, they helped us making plans and giving us important information. Also everything is clean and the swimming pool are amazing and they have good views. The food is very delicious. Also the lobby members are amazing and very friendly, they help us a loooot, and they have WhatsApp msgs support, so the life here became much easier because of they. This place is absolutely beautiful. Being the only resort in the area means that there isn't any traffic or local shopping. But they offer a free shuttle bus to Sanur and Ubud. If you're looking for a totally relaxing place, this is it. It's about 1 and a bit hours away from the airport. It's a huge place and also has a little bird sanctuary. Everyone is beautiful there from the office workers down to the gardener's. It's spectacular at night, walking back to your room and being surrounded by nature.

I loved everything, but Hubby had a sook about the stairs 🤣
