Location is great if you have an event at GBK/JCC and like going to mall. Plaza Senayan and Senayan City is just across the street

Watermelon and papaya , tomato at breakfast buffet is always a bit off. Shredded cabbage seems too dry or old. Reception staff informed us that breakfast box standard consists of breads only. Thankfully the kind and friendly GM made sure full breakfast (our room included full breakast) in a box was delivered very early in the morning on the days we had to be out early. We wished there was a fridge in the room (it was a family room) Cushions in room need deororising ot washing after other guests usage.

Very supportive team members especially receptionist. Very close with others mall and easy for me Nd family to get foods and window shopping 🛍 😋 😊 ☺️ . Breakfast also nice and many choices. Basement 2 available for Muslim Jumaat Pray. Will choose this again for next business trip and leisure. Fully recommended

Location wise, very convenient to malls and MRT

Room is quite small, difficult to pray, difficult to find ways to get in since the entry point is rather confusing (u have to use McD drive thru entrance). Many times the driver got confused and had to U turn to get to the hotel.

Price for an hotel in a strategic location Jakarta is good Location, easy to travel around Room is not bad at all with comfy bed great value for money

The front desk was so attentive and great! it was such a pleasant stay and I would stay here again if we were to go this area again. Highly recommended.

Good breakfast nice food, good location close to shopping centers, 5 minute to MRT station. So far so good, the room information without windows is clear from the booking process, and the room price is acceptable

Location in the city center. Close to malls and nice business area of Jakarta. Quiet clean. Bed was comfy.

Water pressure a bit too weak. There is no window in the room.
