I liked the location. Breakfast was really great - a lot of options including national dishes and Western ones.

I really did not like the laundry service. First, the staff surprised me by knocking and shouting "laundry service" at 9 a.m. Then when I did drop the laundry, I got it back the next day only when I inquired about it. Finally, the invoice I signed for the laundry had x sum, when I went to the reception to pay it up - it was y sum (a bigger one). When I said that the sum doesn't add up, the reception lady recalculated smth and came up with z sum...since the difference was 8eur and I had to run to the airport, I did not bother. Still, it seemed unprofessional. Next, I thought I had booked one of the best rooms. It turned out there were tiny tiny ants in the bathroom + the cattle, refrigirator and bedside lights did not work. I really expected more from my room.

Breakfast was acceptable. There are some options for local people and foreign people. Also they provide in-site cook like egg fry or omelet. Everything is in the shopping mall too.

The soundproof of this hotel is horrible. I was able to hear all the sounds from outside and over the door. The elevator is slow and only two are available. It took ages to get to the lobby from my room.

Hotel is situated in a mall with plenty of coffe and eating facilities. Great city-view. Breakfast was superb with a big choice of asian and intercontinental foods. Gym fairly well equipped for standard workouts.

The location was amazing! We booked this since we are attending a concert in GBK, and it was really nearby. The staff are accommodating, and the room was bigger than expected.

The tag for the water bottles said that they would replace it every day, but they did not do this during our whole stay. :(

hotel in a mall, so it is secure for a solo traveller like me, all shops needed is there, grab also familliar with this hotel, everything was easy here, location is great-near to everywhere that I want to go!

I only dont like my door handle, looks like it is going to broke soon so please fix it sir :-(

The breakfast is great. They have a lot of options for the breakfast. I got a good view from my room, i can see the city lights at night.

aircon was not serviced when we first arrived. not cold. it was serviced the next day though.

Front Desk Staff was quick to respond and supportive. House Keeping staff ensured super clean room everyday! thank you for making stay pleasant!.

The location just superb !

A bit chaos when check in time as it was already 14.30 but one of our room hasn't ready yet. Remote tv in our corner room is broken. You need to replace it as corner room is the highest demanded type of room
