Very nice boutique hotel design. Facilities work well and there is also a rooftop gym which they did not advertised but is great. Location is great, lots of cafes around. Do take note there are steps to the entrance of hotel. Appreciate the nice kaftan robes provided in the rooms.

As noted by other visitors, the rooftop bar spins until late on weekends and the noise does travel even though we were staying on 1st floor. Not a big deal for me as I can sleep through the bass thumping but could be an issue for some. ear plugs are provided. Also a weird thing that we were asked to pay extra for extra bottles of water but it did not apply to my friends staying in another room. Requested for hair dryer but it was really weak so don't bother.

The hotel is very well maintained and room was excellent. having visited when it first opened it didn't change. arrived late evening and left early morning so didn't have the time to visit roof top or other venue (downstairs). next trip.

the outlet (FB) has changed into a different concept which actually (i guess) suits the location (Kemang) best as a lounge - outlet probably catering afternoon - evening guests more than deli - bistro, which I believe it was in the past so effectively breakfast was not really an option to consider. On the positive side, Liberica Coffee has a great spot right opposite the hotel where coffee and others are great so not a bad option for those that fancy a good coffee in the morning to kick off the day.

Very stylish hotel decoration, attentive staff, quality menu for both food and drinks, clean and comfortable room, great reception service and a DJ is playing on the rooftop in the weekends!

The gym is a little outdated. I noticed equipement was defect. When I informed reception they immediately fixed it. A mosquito was terrorizing me in my room. Reception was so kind to change rooms since bug spray didn’t help.

the rooms are always clean and neat, very cozy and perfect for couples or solo trips. The showers are great, soap and shampoos provided with refillable bottles and smell really nice. All the staff were very helpful and professional. They serve food down at the lobby and most of it are really tasty, highly recommend their sop buntut!

The area is a party area, so you will hear loud noises from outside, however the hotel provides earplugs upon request. The noise coming from the elevator is also very loud and can be a little uncomfortable at times, there are only 2 elevators and sometimes one or the other does not work properly. There is a TV in the room however it is not a smart tv. Sometimes the card reader mess up and the lights would turn off. The bathrooms dont exactly separate from the room so if you are traveling with a friend, it is hard to have privacy.

The location is great, many cafes & restaurants are within walking distance. The room was cozy and the bed was comfy. Also appreciate that I was given a room in the corner to reduce any noise coming from the Live music on the rooftop bar.

Breakfast is a smoking area, so quite uncomfortable for non smokers. Shower temperature wasn't hot enough, especially considering that I took a late shower at midnight. Mini fridge placement was bad, I could only open it with just enough space to fit a can or bottle.

The bed is very comfortable, the space is good enough and the interior design is very beautiful.

At first they only provide the amenities for 1 person instead of 2 like the standard of the room. So I have to ask for additional amenities. I also noticed there was a bit dirty mark on the blanket. And one of the towel was ripped. The ripped towel was really a downside unfortunately.

The room is nice, simple but pretty. So close to restaurants, cafe, foodcourt. Breakfast tasted good. Staffs were nice too. Complete Toiletries! And the rooftop and ground floor entertainment.

Should change to smart TV! Junction near the location often got heavy traffic. Stayed in room 114 Shower only got warm not as hot.

Overall very good and I stay there frequently when traveling for business. Staff of friendly, goos value for money and well maintained hotel 👌🏼

Showers only provide cold water and only very rarely a very bit of warm water. Guess the central heater can not cope with the capacity of users.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, being in a busy area the security always saved a parking space for us

Sadly I have to say Indonesia smoking in public areas,as english we are not used to it. However it didn't distract that we had a great location,plenty of entertainment in this very good location.
