Clean fresh room. Hot shower with good water pressure. AC was quiet and cold. Working safety deposit box. Friendly and helpful staff, this includes cleaners and security. Some of the linen and towels are old but everything was clean and served its purpose. I used the express laundry service. Clothes came back on time, neatly folded and packaged.

Very clean room and bathroom, room view was stunning , food options, friendly and helpful staff, smooth check-in and out, location was perfect.
wifi - got cut off and need to re-login almost every hour. On level 8, the signal was very weak to none. Stayed there for 5 days and I was working online for 8+ hours daily, so it's very annoying.

Liked the location as per my choice, WiFi, TV, house keeping, etc.
Nonavailability of Tea / hot water . Every Time for hot water I need to go to reception. A hot and cold water dispenser should be kept on every floor. It's provided in the Ibis budget hotel in the same category of property.
